Shopping for the fundraiser took longer than I thought it was going to be. I expected us to get the food, and prizes then that would've been the end to it all but there was so much left to do. I was tired as hell, but I kept moving. I could hear my stomach growling from how hungry I was at the moment since the morning was over and it was now lunchtime.
"Y'all want to take a break and come back to this?" I questioned the crew.
"Yeah, lets take a break from everything." Constance rose from her seat. "Y'all want to go find something to eat?"
"Yeah, we haven't ate all day." Raquel rested a hand on her hips.
"What y'all want to eat?"
"I'm in the mood for some buffalo wings." Dahlia asserted, rocking back and forth on her heels.
"Me too." Tatiana agreed, shoving her hands in her pockets.
"Then let's order some pizza and buffalo wings." Braylon suggested, leaning back into his chair.
"Pizza sounds good right now," Jacqueline played with her hair. "But we were supposed to meet up with Ms. Esther and them."
"We could still meet up with them but we gotta' eat something," Dante said. "I'm hungry as hell, they could wait."
"You right, I'm hungry too." Bianca uttered.
"So everyone wants pizza and wings?" Constance asked again.
"Yeah, please get pepperoni pizza!" Sienna begged. "Haven't had pizza in a while."
"Alright, lets just go back to the camp then." Desmond spoke.
We all looked at Antonio because he was the last vote.
"I can't turn pizza down." He joked.
"Alright then we going back to the camp, and order pizza plus the wings."
The crew spilts up again guys vs. the girls and we had to stop by the gas station to pump gas on our way back to the camp.
I took a seat in the back, and stared out of the window as Dante drove and Braylon sat in the passengers' seat on the aux and was in control of what was playing.
"Lets play the classics!" Braylon chuckled.
Soon the beat from Biggy Smalls' song Sky's The Limit and it had us vibing as he started rapping. I was bobbing my head to the beat, as I rapped along with him.
"Aye Braylon.." Desmond tapped Braylon's arm, "I see you speaking to Raquel a lot, thats you bruh?"
Braylon smacked his teeth. "I knew somebody was gon' ask me about that, we not together like that but that's my dawg for real, the realest person I ever met."
"Ain't she just sixteen though?" Dante inclined. "Y'all love them young girls until you see yourself going to jail for that."
"She turning seventeen soon n-gga." Braylon remarked. "Don't worry about me and her, we good. I'm only a year older than her, mind ya' business bruh."
