Jonah hadn't left Preston's side since he got there. He made a coming out video and told everyone that he was in love with Preston for a long time, but he was afraid to tell the world. He didn't tell everyone that his relationship with Piper was fake, but he did say that they broke up because he realized how much Preston meant to him. The fans were supportive and most of them sent love Preston's way. There were a few people who had closed minds and couldn't get behind the idea, but Jonah didn't care.
The whole gang vowed to stay in town until he woke up and recovered. It was sad that such a terrible event brought them together, but it rebirthed the bond they'd slowly lost in the years that'd past.
Preston woke up after 12 days. All of his friends and family were there to greet him as he slowly gained full consciousness. Jonah told him everything and apologized 1000 times over. Preston was just happy to see him and hold him and call him his for the world to hear. They filled him in on Daniel's rebirth into the group, which he wasn't too thrilled with at first. Eventually, they were all too happy about their group being complete again to care. They hadn't been together like this since Private Prom, and they knew it was exactly how things were supposed to be.
