What Aston Merrygold Did..

Part 7

-NORMAL POV-

Our date went really well, there was never a dull moment and silence didn't fall upon us once. we had so much to talk about and even if we weren't talking, laughter filled the air. Marvin and Aston had organised a cute little picnic by the park. Candle lights all around us and of course our food was nandos. I guess Danielle knew and helped about that part because she knew how much i loved nandos.

The park was empty, and pitch black now, i didn't know the time but I wasn't curious so i let it slip out my mind. This was the only time silence had occurred and it was comfortable. Not at all awkward. Marvin and Danielle was cuddling and looking up at he stars while Aston had his arm around me and i leant into his chest. I felt my eyes get heavier, i guess all that laughing had really made me tired. Aston was lightly stroking my back with his thumb which was extremely relaxing. Before I knew it i fell into a light sleep.

It must have only been 10 minutes maximum before i heard the muffled talking of the others,i kept my eyes closed but listened carefully. Aston was talking. "you guys make an amazing couple, I've never seen Marv this happy, and im sure marvin will look after you Danielle" his voice was so soothing. Danielle spoke up and just said "im glad i make him happy, he makes me feel so special and I can't thank him enough".

Aw that's so sweet, i guess Marvin and Danielle were now a thing, which is amazing, i know how much she liked him. She hasn't been like this with anyone before.

I heard another voice, Marvin's. "I think talias tired, she's been sleeping for a while now" "yeah i know, I was going to wake her up but doesn't she look so beautiful when she sleeps?" Aston replied. My stomach grew wild hearing him call me beautiful and it was so hard not to let myself smile. "Ast mate, you're hooked. You should really tell her how you feel." Marvin replied. "Yeah i know, but how do i know she feels the same?" Aston frowned, I could feel him looking down on me. "Aston your crazy if you can't see how much she loves you, I should know she's my bestfriend. She's never been like this with anyone before" Danielle chipped in. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Aston really likes me? Danielle was right. I decided to move a little just so they knew i was waking up a little.

Aston put his hand in my face and gently stroked my cheek. I stirred a bit more. "Ast, im gonna walk around with danielle for a bit, then go back to yours yh? leave you two alone, just tell her" Marvin said. "Yh alright man, thanks, we'll join you soon" "yeah ok" i felt Marvin and danielle get up. Aston went quiet. I wondered what he was thinking. I stirred some more and eventually opened my eyes. Aston was looking down my me. I cannot tell you how perfect it was to wake up to them beautiful big brown eyes. "Hello you" Aston whispered. "Hey" i replied. "You fell asleep, i didn't wanna wake you" "oh im sorry for falling asleep on you" "hey it's fine, you looked so peaceful when you sleep". Before he could catch me blushing, i looked down, only for Aston to lift my chin back up. We looked into each other's eyes for what seemed forever but they were just so beautiful, it's so easy to get lost in a trance. Aston broke the silence "can i just.." and then not a second later his lips crashed onto mine, at first i was shocked, but once i realised what was happening, i kissed back.

His lips tasted divine, and i didn't want the kiss to stop. Aston pulled away "you're so beautiful, and i know this is gonna sound crazy, but i like you, i mean i really like you. And if you feel the same id like you to become my girlfriend."

I was lost for words. I didn't know what to say.
