i finished my fruit salad and sat with ast in the front-room. we watched some tv while waiting for the humes to come over. they should be here in the next ten minutes. "you alright?" aston asked. "yeah, just excited to see danielle" i replied while yawning. it was only 3pm. "you sound it" he chuckled. "i am but im just tired, what time was we up this morning?" I asked. "seven, babe if your tired then you should tell them to come another day, im sure they won't mind" Aston replied. "no it's fine, they are on their way now and i haven't seen danielle,marv and mason in agessss" i argued. "fine, but when you can't move later im not carrying you to bed" he said. "im not asking you too" i laughed and got up as the doorbell went.

Opening the door, it was refreshing to see familiar faces. "hellooooo" I screamed. Danielle pounced on me, nearly knocking me over. I hugged her back tightly for ages and ages, it felt so good to see my bestfriend again. once we pulled away, we both noticed that we had started crying. we were always soppy people. I laughed at her mascara stained cheeks and she did the same. "Look what you've done to me and it's only been a few minutes" danielle said. "oh, ive missed you so much" i said. We walked into the front-room to see Ast and Marv talking about football and Mason sat on Astons lap.

"omg, he's got so big since I last saw him" i said before going over to him. "great look girls" Aston said as he looked at our cheeks. Mason cried as I took him off Astons lap. "I think Auntie Talia and Mummy look very scary, don't they Mas?" Danielle cooed over her adorable son. "yes, I think so" I laughed and gave him back to Aston while I went to wash my face. Fresh faced, I went back to Mason. This time, no longer crying but smiling. I played with him for ages, forgetting the others while they chatted in the background. "cmon Talia, where's my girly chat you promised?" danielle asked. "right here, let's go" i said, handing Mason to Marv and getting up. "bye bye cutie" i cooed over mason, giving him a kiss. "Bye babe" Aston replied as a joke. "jealous?" i said back. "never, I got you later tonight" Aston winked. "tmi guys" Marv said covering Masons little ears. "don't listen to him guys, he's sleeping on the sofa tonight" i grinned which wiped off the smug look on Astons face. Me and danielle walked off laughing.

"Ok we have a lot to catch up on!!" i said while going into mine and Asts bedroom and closing the door. "Indeed we do miss conway" Danielle said in a posh accent, which caused us to burst out in giggles. It was good to have my bestfriend back. For the next few hours, we gossiped about everything and everyone! from what I missed out at parties and events to Masons latest word. From arguments to making up. We covered a lot and had definitely caught up in everything we needed to.
