What Aston Merrygold Did..

Part 3

i woke up the next morning, feeling refreshed! I must of had a good 12 hour sleep because I think i drifted off between 11-12 and I've just woke up at 12:30pm. That still leaves me two hours to get ready and i already know what to wear so i shouldn't be too long. After checking my phone, i went downstairs to have something to eat. After looking in the cupboards, i couldn't find much, so i decided to ask mum for money before i leave. i guess i'll have to wait two hours for food now.

I walk back upstairs and start getting ready. I jump in a quick shower and just re wash my body because i washed my hair in the bath last night. I get out, wash my face and brush my teeth before leaving the bathroom and heading back to my room. In my room, i put on my favourite moisturiser. Then i decided to start on my make up. I decided not to go full out because we're just going to the park.

i put on some mascara, eyebrow pencil and concealer. Very simple today. then i move onto my hair. It was hot out today but had a nice breeze, so i put my hair half up and half down with a few curls in there. Happy with my face and hair i put on my clothes. Checking the time it was now 2:10 leaving me twenty minutes to chill out. I got a little bag ready and ask mum for some money. I put my phone, money, keys, perfume, chewing gum and lip balm into a cute little side bag. Then i choose what shoes to wear. After debating on either my white air forces or my black trainer wedges, i decide that my white air forces is more suitable for the park.

Checking the time, it was 2:20, giving me the perfect amount of time to reach the park for exactly 2:30. I said goodbye to mum and let her know i won't be too long, and that I'll text her later.

Strolling down the roads, i reach the park which isn't too packed, just a couple of families. I look for Aston but don't see him.. it is only 2:28pm so he's got another two minutes. I sit on a swing and gently swing along with he summer breeze. Maybe ten minutes later, I was just about to leave, giving up hope that Aston wasn't coming, i get off the swing and turn around. Only to see Aston sitting on the bench behind the swing set, watching me. I go over;

"How long have you been sitting there?" "Oh not too long, just about 10 minutes, scared i wasn't gonna come? You wouldn't of got to see my pretty face" Aston said while grinning

"Why didn't you come over silly? And no i would've been perfectly fine if you didn't show"

"well i thought i would let you have your fun on the swing. You looked like you were having lots of fun hahaha"

"Oi shut up, i was just waiting for you"

Continuing our banter, i eventually told him to get up so we can find somewhere to eat. We searched around and found a couple of cafés and decided on our favourite one. I ordered just a portion of chips with ketchup but of course aston got a whole English Breakfast at three in the afternoon.

We had light chatter over our late lunch/early dinner and learnt a few facts about each other like Ast has never been in a serious relationship before, just like me.

After eating, Aston said he wouldn't mind dropping me home, so we began our slow walk back to mine, taking selfies on the way, tripping each other up and just laughing at each other, it was nice and chilled.
