There was nothing normal about the cold that I was feeling, I was used to Michael warming up the room, so I was confused. Without opening my eyes I reached to the other side of the bed, looking for Michael.
But it was empty, so I opened my eyes.Where are you... I tought as I stood up from the bed and looked for him in the bathroom, but he wasn't there either. The hairs on my neck lifted and I felt chills running down my spine. Something was here but I couldn't see it.
Michael's side of the bed was cold, so it meant that he had been gone for a long time.
"Revelate" I said, it was a simple word that combined with intention would reveal whatever was in the room with me.I searched around the room holding a candle, searching for whatever had revealed itself. I jumped a little, when I spotted a man sitting at the nightstand of my side, looking at me.
"You look pretty when you sleep" he said, slowly turning his gaze to me.
"Who are you?" I asked with an authoritary tone, no living or death thing would see me scared.
"Does it matter?" He asked chuckling.
"It does when you've been watching me sleep" I said getting close to him. He didn't look old, maybe three or four years older than me."There's no need for presentations Diza"
"Well you know my name, it'll only be fair if I know yours"
"I've been watching you for a couple of nights only, but that blonde boy of yours sometimes murmurs your name in his sleep" he said standing up.
"It's creepy knowing that you've been watching me, and Michael. Why don't you just tell me what you want?" I asked getting a few steps from him.
"I don't want anything in particular, since you arrived I felt a connection with you, a call, and when I saw you summoning a ghost the other day I just couldn't resist to be around you"
"What's the point?"
"There's no point really, you were never supposed to see me. I guess I woke you up" he said now turning around and laying in the bed.
"Get out" I told him bored. He was just a useless and stalker ghost, but I mean, ghost are always watching us so one more wouldn't hurt.
"You want to know where your demon is?"
"You know Dan? I wouldn't call him a demon" I answered, really Dan wasn't that brilliant.
"I meant your real demon" he said now sitting back on the bed.
"Who ar-... oh" he meant Michael I suppose.
"He's not a demon, but yeah, I would like to know where he is" I said defensively.
"He left to call someone from the cooperative I think. Like two hours ago"
"And you've been watching me since?" I asked a little creeped out by him.
"I can't stand to be around that demon too long, so I prefer watching you when you're alone"
"You're disgusting" I said turning around and going to the door, I wanted to look for Michael. I could banish this spirit any other day.
"Wait" he said getting up from the bed.
"You wanted Dan to tell you gossip right? But he's not very good at it. Well I may have some gossip for you"
"Then go on, don't waste my time"
"I'm dead"
"And you just found out? Congrats" I opened the door a bit but he grabbed my arm, I felt cold and for a moment I remembered the ugly place I had been stuck the time the bitches killed me.
