Jonah stands up from his seat in the aeroplane and stretches his legs as much as the small space allows. He takes his backpack from the floor and leaves the plane. Everyone must go in the same direction. First, they get on a bus and then move to collect their baggage. He is tired. He doesn't like flying. When he left, it was something he looked forward to, something exciting. He discovered that it takes a long time and hurts your head and ears.

He stands at the side; he looks at everyone waiting impatiently for their suitcases to arrive. He does not mind waiting but is among the first to collect. He takes it and walks further. There was another plane that came before them; most of them have their luggage. He sees a family grab their last item and rush to the exit, past a girl that's noticeably struggling with her bags. He walks up to her: 'Are you ok?'

'I'll be fine.' She responds. And the browned-haired girl looks up: 'I'm sorry. It was a long trip. I'm Bella.'

'Wait, Bella Swan?' He says, seeing now how similar she looks to his friend.

She looks surprised: 'Yes?'

'Oh, I know your sister Lola. I'm Jonah, Jonah Black.' Lola is a friend, a good friend, actually. He hopes she'll be here to pick up her sister. 'If you want, I can carry one of your bags for you?' He takes the bigger one of the two. Although there is not much of a difference.

'Thank you.' Bella says, looking rather shy. She doesn't know what to say.

'You're moving back? Your sister must be happy.'

'I hope she is.' Bella says: 'Because I'm moving back. You're also coming back from something?'

'I went on an exchange program.' He tells her. There is silence. Bella is a lot quieter than Lola.

'There she is.' Bella says. She points at her sister and her father.

He nods but doesn't say anything. He sees Lola run towards them and hug her sister. He chuckles. 'Hey.' He says when she looks at him.

'Jonah.' Lola says, sounding confused. 'Jonah.' She says louder this time, happier. She throws her arms around him as she had done with her sister. 'I did not know you were coming back. Neither your father nor your brother told me.'

'I suggest that we go and talk further in the car.' Charlie suggests to his daughter: 'We'll drive you home.'

'It's ok, Charlie.' Jonah says. Lola looks at him. 'Thank you, and I'll happily take you up on that offer.' He says, grinning at Lola, who smiles back at him. He hears Bella giggle but ignores it and follows Lola towards her car. He sees the mint pick-up parked a little further. He remembers when they gave her this car. Her father bought it from them for her 16th birthday. He did most of the work to ensure it was and is still running.

'How was your time away?' Lola asks him.

'It was ok.' He answers honestly. Now back home, things would go back to normal. Going back to school, working on cars with his brother... 'You ready for our runs?' He asks.

'I'm.' She says: 'You just wait and see how fast I got.'
