The two of them drive back home after that date. That first date indeed, change the point of view of each other as they both thought that they knew each other too well. But what lies in depth of their own self was someone they hadn't thought were hidden.

As they both finally got home with some rice and food for Da Qing. Da Qing had been waiting forever and were starving madly.

"What took the two of you so long for grocery shopping?" Da Qing asked with a confused look.

As a pet and assistant, Da Qing used to go grocery shopping with Zhao before. It had lived with Zhao longer than Shen Wei did, thus it knew their new house place was close to Supermarket if you drive with a car. It only took about half an hour to bring all the stuff back home but this time it took them over an hour and even left him.

What could it do? It was only a lovely cat, it can't cook!

Luckily, Da Qing was not only fat but quite smart on top of that. That those half of the food left last night in the refrigerator; all just needed was to warm it up in the microwave, which only took about ten minutes. So it doesn't starved to death really.

"Got interrupted by something.." Zhao rushed to the kitchen after apologizing more like plainly explaining.

Da Qing left with not-so great content after getting answer from the Chief.

As Chief Zhao hurriedly carry the bags of groceries in the kitchen counter and sat at the living room couch exhaustedly.

"Why are your lips so swollen? Where did you and Professor Shen spend the day ah?" Zhao looked up, his big eyes widened in bewilderment and then he broke out in laughter that would make even fishes forget how to swim.

Da Qing's last bit of words in particular made Shen Wei feel a bit panicked.

He was reduced to a silly and dazed young man watching Zhao laugh.

Shen Wei ignored Da Qing's assumes and went straight into the kitchen, as the 'Chef', more like a nanny was his role in the house. In just a brief moment of time, he organized all the groceries to where it originally belong.

Zhao on the other hand, upon laying the living room couch, abruptly stood up and quickly opened the glass door and walked to the balcony.

When he pulled open the glass door, Zhao finally rushed into the wind he desired so greatly. He took several deep breaths of fresh air as he looked at the lush view of Dragon City University which looked like a black mirror quietly.

The brilliant moon hanging high in the night sky drew out long and the light breeze blew from the slight open window glass in the living room. It was a comfortable temperature that made Zhao yawned tiredly. He had never felt so tranquil before in his life.

It's been awhile since something like this happened to him. It was as if he had become a more decent person since his reincarnation. There were quite a lot of similar threads calling for his blood during his last life. He actually felt lonely at one point. To be able to see such remarks about him once again.

He suddenly didn't want to endure the loneliness of staying in the living room alone any longer, instead instinctively rushing towards the spacious balcony.

A gust of night wind blew past Zhao. The coldness of the wind caressed his skin, creeping up to his brain, through his nerves. This was a refreshing experience for his brain that had been immersed in the alcohol lately.
