Ghost detective: underworld: chapter 8: physic

I reach the top of the stairs and walk through a glowing blue set of wooden double doors  i am guessing they lead to the bell tower. I see the girl she is sitting on the wooden floor with her legs crossed and is wearing the same blue jean jacket and yellow dungarees as in the vision this was the right girl. She appears to be sitting in a summoning or protection  circle made of salt and it looks like she is making some kind of potion with a chemistry set, maybe these are ingredients for summoning something, i guess i chose the right time to come up here maybe i was the one she summoned or maybe me coming up here at this time was a coincidence. I look at the beakers in the racks with liquid bubbling inside them, i think to myself This isn't homework, school wouldn't allow to do science like this as homework it's too dangerous to do at home, theres something off with this lady already but i don't know what I think to myself.

I go up to the girl and  she turns her head towards me to look at me and senses me instantly. She turns around as if she could see me, she hesitates at first and sprouts up in an attacking position and shouts asking who i am, i raise my hands  up calmly showing her i am friendly and not to worry, i tell her i am a member of the Chicago police department.  The girls eyes squint, slightly it looks as if she remembers me from somewhere then finally her eyes go back to normal and  she drops her arms to the side and she points at me  and tells me that she recognises me and witnessed me getting killed in the apartment building through the crack in the door when she was hiding.

I explain to her that I'm stuck in purgatory and to complete my life and enter heaven I need to solve the case and find out why the killer killed me and was after the girl.

The girl says she will explain and i sit down on a nearby crate and the lady gets up off the floor and drags a blue chair from the corner and sits on it and looks at me.

The girl explained she had ran away from her mom and dad. Because she told her parents she had the ability to see and talk to ghosts her parents were freaked out by this ability and she said she felt disowned so she ran away, with no place warm to go and with just a rucksack on her back she told me she found a bridge to rest under and then her parents went round putting wanted posters for her in the street and earlier in the evening  when it was raining and damp the killer with long black damp hair with a hood up so she couldn't see his face walked by and saw a missing poster that had flew in the wind off of a lamppost and to the muddy ground and recognised the girl from the missing poster so she told me the killer grabbed the girl by the hair and dragged her into the dank apartment, inside it smelt like blood and body parts, she said the killer threw her on the table and pulled out a sharp knife and was ready to plunge it into her but she rolled off the table and kicked the killer and she told me she had time to escape into that side door and locked it, the killer tried to rush in but the girl locked the door just in time, he bashed and jiggled the door knob roughly wanting to be let in but he had no chance, thats when he went to the fridge in the corner and started chopping bodies aggressively and thats when she saw me come in and get murdered.

She was in shock witnessing what he did but she was glad she survived and didn't go through what he did to me, she said she couldn't do anything to help fight off the killer  because she was just a girl and she was  scared and didn't want to get hurt.

I tell her i understand i tell her we all get scared sometimes.

I tell her that her story was very interesting for sure but there is still no evidence.

The girl said she had special powers other than talking to ghosts, she had the power to heal people with her hands, she explains these abilities are from her real dad the Vicar, she told me when she ran to the church she told the vicar that she felt her abilities  didn't come from her family, so they did a DNA test and it turned out the Vicar was her real dad and the Vicar told her the abilities were a spiritual gift and to use them for good.

I ask the girl if she could use her powers on me to turn me into a human temporarily. She said no because she explained she could only heal wounds like scars, or gunshots or stab wounds, she can't make a ghost  fully human, she hadn't tried because it seemed impossible.

I was disappointed that i couldn't go back to being human, she asks me if i had ghost powers too, i explain i can see demons and walk through walls and glide low to the ground but i told her i can't control it i am new to being a ghost.

she got up and walked towards me and said she could teach me how to control my newly found ghost powers.

I tell her that would be great i would love a trainer to help me become better at being a ghost.

I get up and look at the girl and ask her if she would like to join forces with me to find out what the killer has been planning because i tell her i need all the help i can get and her being a physic she seems to be great help.

She nods her head in excitement and agrees to join, i tell her this is great and it is good to have another alley on my side but we need to come up with a plan to get  more information to bring  this psychopath to justice.
