Ghost detective: underworld: chapter 12: haunted police station

In the moment of silence a sparkly blue mist appears before me in my ghost vision Suddenly emerging from the blue sparkly mist jack appears in a blue aura around him, he is now a ghost like me,

I run up to him and hug him he hugs me tight, it's great to be able to hug another ghost and feel touch again, i tell Jack that i missed him and he puts his head in my hands and starts crying he crys about what a stupid person he was for charging a dangerous killer, i stroke his hair and tell him he did what he had to do and i ensure him that we will put this lunatic behind bars.

I ask him how come he was sent back and He looked up at me and explained that a ghost boy told him he can't enter heaven because he needs to help solve the case, so now we are on the same mission, to find  and stop the killer's doing's together.

In the moment me and Jack  sit on the edge of the sky scraper and laugh and talk  about when we eventually solve this case we will have so much fun in heaven, i tell him it will be a blast and we can finally have our peace.

Ella says  she is glad Jack is back and all but we need to get to the police station now or else it will be too late and our mission would have failed then we would be stuck in purgatory and we don't want that.

Ella takes a window washing lift down the building and me and Jack float down, once we are finally down Ella gets in the car drivers seat and me and Jack float in the back.

Ella drives us quickly to the police department. When we arrive in my ghost vision all I can see are hundreds of blue spirits of policemen dotted round . We are too late, the killer has killed them all has killed them all.

Ella parks up and her mouth drops in shock seeing so many spirits of innocent people, she puts her finger on her forehead and squints in pain, she grunts in pain and i lean forward and ask if she's ok?

She says yes and is just overwhelmed and has a headache thats all.

She has a minute and then she takes a breathe and she gets out the car, we float out too and we follow Ella into the police station.

Inside the  station we walk through and lights in the ceiling are flickering and wires have been exposed and light fixture is dangling off by the wire that is sparking, it feels very dangerous i don't feel safe.

There are papers from the office strewn out all over the floor and the wires from the police's super computer are hanging out and bodies of officers hung and lay throughout the building, and blood smeared allover the wall it was a horrifying sight.

I go into my ghost form and hear heavy breathing and foot steps nearby, i sense the killer in his demon form roaming and lurking around the building.

Ella uses her ability and sees a glowing blue enity with a beating heart, she looks around and tells us that there is a surviving policeman somewhere here. Ella uses her senses and looks down and discovers that the survivor is hiding in the basement.

I tell Ella to run and save the surviving policeman

We look down and we see the basement doors are open, there are stairs leading downwards. Suddenly the officer walks up the stairs with his lift eye clawed out and a scratch wound like a  bloody bear claw mark on the right side of his body.

The officer falls to the floor and rests against the wall and Ella kneels down next to him and asks him what he saw, he looks at Ella and he explains the new leader of the red X cult came in and started stringing up officers to the ceiling, he said there was blood everywhere, he explained thar the killer, came down to the basement as the officer was trapping himself in there due to hearing the noise, he thought he was safe but the killer ripped the door off and slashed him, Ella asks if the killer is down there? And the officer says yes and closes his eyes and flops his head to the side, Ella slaps his face to waken him but he wouldn't wake up, he was dead, Ella shut the officers eyes and i tell him we will get the killer for the officer, this is the last thing the killer will do.

I go into the basement with Jack and find the killer in the darkness and I raise my hand and think really hard and push him into the wall hoping it will damage his demon form forcing him to leave.

Suddenly as the killer falls back a portal opens up and he falls through and it closes swallowing him up.

I feel angry i let the killer get away again and i was too slow to react before he could do anything .

Ella runs at the top of the stairs and tells me  and Jack she can hear the killer talking through the under world somehow and she can hear that the killer is trying to order the demons to control the ghosts of the cops to try and turn them evil, so we can't escape this horrifying place.

I tell Ella to go back to the warehouse and stop the demons from coming back into the world via any means possible.

Ella runs down the hall way and demon ghosts appear and fly allover the place  towards her, we tell her to run and she screams as she's being chased, she bursts through the double doors to outside and rushes to the car.

Ella gets in her car and as she gets in two demon's pop up by each window, she looks out the window and screams seeing them, she hears the tentacles bashing on the car loudly, she floors it and the demons are pushed backwards leaving a smokey trail, Ella floors it and drives to the warehouse.

I run to the control room and I float to a desk and float on it making myself present to  all the police ghosts, they see me and notice me and recognise me, they gather round the table i am stood on and i tell them that we must unite to bring down the killer and not just me has powers every ghost has powers and we should use them for good.

The police ghosts raise their fist in agreement and all cheer in celebration at my speech, me and my force are a team once more. and I teach them in the police station quickly  how to use their powers so we can defeat the killer just how Ella taught me, i know they  are fast learners i have trained with these men i know them well.

Afterwards I leave the teaching to Jack and tell him i need to do something, Jack floats on the table and begins to teach the officers.

I sit on the floor of the police station with my legs crossed and i concentrate and then i go out of my ghost form and see a view of the whole city of Chicago. Down below in the view of the city near the another police station i see a sherif I go through him to see if i can posses him  and it works, i am in his mind and can control him, as the sherif i pull out my walkie talkie and tell the army that Chicago has been invaded. By demons and their leader and they are appearing from the station across town i ask them to come quickly.

The army respond and they say they come right away I tell them to meet outside  warehouse  five near the docks while me and and my newly acquired police force try to lure the leader out of the void So he can be arrested.

This is a plan so crazy i hope it works.
