Jack hovers the helicopter above the top of the skyscraper and i can see the killer put his arms up to his eyes trying to block the wind from the rotar blades, he surly has noticed us, once we are low enough i raise my hand and open the helicopter doors with my powers, I glide down to the landing pad onto of the skyscraper, Jack pulls out his pistol and jumps out and lands on the landing pad carefully and once we land we see Ella on the floor with tears running down her face, her mascara smeared down her eyes, she smiles as she sees us running towards her she knew we could come eventually.
The killer sees me and Jack running with his pistol aimed at him and the killers jaw drops in surprise and instantly recognises me, he didn't know i'd be coming after him.
He sees Jack's pistol aimed at him and Jack shouts at him to put his hands up in the air so he can arrest him, the killer raises his hands in surrender and puts them behind his head. I walk towards the killer slowly and I ask him why he was after physics and why he wanted to open a portal to the under world. He looks at me and explains says that he was hunting them by order of the red X cult so that they could release the under world into the real world and chaos would ensue and then he and the cult could posses and unlock the secrets of the undead, he said it would be hell on Earth.
I ask what the next thing he was going to do with Ella, the killer explains that will possesElla's power's to become a more powerful entity, the more powers he consumes the stronger the killer becomes.
I raise my hand to try and calm him and beg him not to take her powers, he says that the three of us can't stop him and he can't be beaten, he puts his hands in a fist in an X position on his chest and closes his eyes and Demons come flying by in the distance, they circle me, Jack and Ella, we are surrounded, i have an idea, i raise my hand and close my eyes to concentrate, and a red vortex appears and starts spinning, the vortex opens up and the strong wind from the force of the vortex sucks all the demons surrounding us inside back into the underworld they can't help him now.
Ella stands up and smiles and looks up at me and asks how i did that, i told her i just believed.
We watched as the vortex shut close and the killer runs to the vortex as it closes and he grunts in anger and kicks the air, he turns round and looks at me and Jack and tells me i ruined his plan.
Ella says she has an idea that might calm him down, i put my hand up and tell her it's a bad time to do anything right now, she puts her finger up and says just trust her, Ella walks up to the killer and tries to place her palm on his back to try and connect with him and to try and turn him to the light, just as the palm hits his back the killer turns round quickly and pulls out a knife and grabs Ella and holds the sharp knife up to her neck, she cries, tears running down her face in fright, we watch as the killer stands alone holding Ella with knife around around her neck ready to slash if we made any sudden movement.
Jack yells to the killer to let her go and the killer looks at Jack and shouts no and explains that we ruined his and the cult's plans, Jack aims his revolver and asks to drop the knife, the killer says never and Jack squinted his eyes and said so be it, he didn't want Ella to be put in any danger.
Jack aims his pistol and and runs up to the killer and charges at him ready to tackle him, i put my hand out telling Jack to stop but he wouldn't listen, he wouldn't let another person be killed again and he thought this needed to end now.
the killer drops Ella to the floor and plunges his machete into Jack's heart and blood sprays out of the wound, Jack looks at me as he falls to the ground in pain, The sorrow in my heart overwhelms me and something in my head is telling me to attack the killer but i know deep inside i can't, I get on my knees in sadness, tears running down my face as i watch my brother get attacked, he screams for help as he falls to the ground and then he is still, like a gargoyle.
I get up and look at the killer my eyes squinting angrily and my hand clenched in a fist, i ask him why he has done this and what his purpose was?
The killer reaveals that the cult of the red X has made him a demon as a reward to be the first to open up the under world, he says they have made him their new leader and he will be as powerful as ever.
the killer concentrates and closes his eyes and a mist of black rises up from the ground surrounding him, the black mist covers him from head to toe and he laughs manically and he turns into a large red and black gooey demon and he slowly walks towards Jack and climbs on top of Jack and breathes in, the powerful breathe sucks in and the killer absorbs jacks soul, i can see the soul enter the demon form it is a scary sight.
After he is done the killer steps away from Jack and i concentrate again and close my eyes raise my hand and i use my powers to push the killer with my powers, he flies to the ledge but grips on the bar with his demon tail, he looks down at how high he is and he looses his grip and his hand comes loose from the bar and and he falls of the skyscraper to the ground so it seems. I run to the edge and look down to the street below and I look to check if his body hit the ground, but no but it seems like the body was nowhere to be found, there would be a noise from the impact so i figure and his body had vanished.
Ella gets up and runs to Jack's body who is laying in a pool of his own blood and she kneels down next to it with tears in her eyes, she shakes his body and tells Jack to wake up but Jack did not budge, it was no use he was dead, she places her palm on Jack's chest trying to heal the wound, she closes her eyes and thinks really hard, the wound closes but Jack still didn't wake up probably because he already died and her healing works when somebody is at their last moments.
She cries and tears run down her cheeks, she walks up to me and puts her hand on my shoulder and she tells me she is so sorry, we cry together on this quiet rooftop, it is very somber.
she tells us both that she was so frightened and also tells me the killer told her before he and Jack came to save her that his next move is to kill all the police officers in the station that i work for so that they don't foil his plan again and so he can get away with with his crime.
I turn to Ella and tell her we need to get to the station and come up with a plan to stop this man before it gets worse.
