At the station Jack asks if she knows what the killer looks like, Ella says she saw him up close but couldn't see his face because he was wearing a hoodie, Jack asks if we found any more evidence and Ella explains that we found the katana that carved the bloody x into my chest, Jack thinks the X the killer calved might be symbolic in some way
Jack gets up and walks to the desk and opens the file cabinet and picks up a file and opens it up and looks down to read it he, reads through and explains to us that years ago the red X cult started killing physic people so they could try and open a gate to the under world and release what they call hell open earth, Jack explained they stopped doing it for a while but now they have new members they started doing it again and he suggested that the person that killed me was a member of the red X cult.
Ella asks were they do their rituals and Jack says they hung out down at the docks and suggested maybe thats were they can find our guy.
Jack puts the file away and i follow Jack and Ella to the car and we drive off to put an end to the red X cult before its too late.
Me, jack and Ella are in the car. Ella turns to me and says that she has had a vision, i ask her what she saw and . She says that she saw a the void to the under world opening up near the docks by outside the exact warehouse we were going to to try and stop the red X cult.
Jack turns to both of us and puts his hand on his face covering his eyes he looks disappointed and tells us we were too late and we are probably doomed. I feel the same way but there is still time to act.
As we drive along Jack is confused as to how Ella can sense these things and Ella explain's she can do more than just talk to ghosts, she can see vision's of the future and use telepathy.
Jack thought he get great help from her with these powers, i think he under stands why i asked her to help me on this case she can be very useful i see great potential and hopefully so does Jack.
Jack asks Ella to explain what she saw in the vision she had because it may help, Ella says there is a pentagon lit up with candles in the dark and a guy with black long hair just like the guy she saw up close standing with his arms apart and fire coming out of the middle of the pentagon, Jack says that describes the killer perfectly and he suspects that this void opening might be the killer's doing and Ella drives us quickly to the warehouse.
We drive to the docks and stop at warehouse number five i float out the car with Jack and Ella, Ella walks to the doors to unlock them removing the big ply of wood that is locking the door and placing it on the floor.
and we enter the warehouse. Ella says this is her headquarters, she says we cannot fight a hored of cultists straight up because one of us will be killed and she tells me my ghost powers aren't strong enough yet so she brought us here, she reaches to the light switch and turns it on, the room lights up a and we see a big computer with wires sticking out of it in the middle of the room, something i have never seen before, she tells me scientists use it to collect data for research.
Jack and i look around in Awe while Ella finds a chest, she reaches under a doormat and pulls out a key and puts it in and unlocks it and opens it and there inside lay all these powders and liquids in baggies, she reaches in and gets them out and lays the baggies on the floor, she opens the baggies up and pours them into a wooden bowl.
Jack flaps his hands trying to woft away the smell and can smell the stench it is making him wretch a little bit he asked her what she is doing and she says she is making a portal to the underworld out of mammoths poo and melted down beaver guts She says she got it out of a old Wiccan recipe because her ancestors were witches.
Jack now knew what the smell was and asked why they can't go to the one that already opened.
Ella explained that one might have closed on the killer and there is no way to track it's location and all portals to the underworld go to the same place so they'll be able to find the killer without a doubt.
Ella finishes mixing the ingredient's together with a masher and pours the bowl of mash onto the floor into a circle, she lights a candle and puts it in the middle, she walks to the book shelf and pulls out a big green book and opens it and points at a verse and recites it, " let us in to the underworld it has what we seek" she repeats this over and over again in a weird chant and Jack looks over Ella's shoulder and joins in, the chanting gets louder and louder and suddenly she clicks her fingers and everything goes quiet and a red circle appears opening up in the middle of the circle, we all stand back in awe the void activates, it glows bright fiery red and spin's round and round Jack turns to me and tells me the spinning is making him feel dizzy sick i tell him we must do this together.
Ella explains to Jack and me that we need to be careful when we enter because there are creatures that might attack if we are seen or acknowledged, we nod in agreement and line up and take a deep breathe and follow her lead, Ella goes in first, then jack, then me.
We enter this strange place safely and the sky is fire red and the ground is black like ash.
I use my ghost vision and i feel unsafe, i see red demon creatures all around, suddenly my vision switches back to normal i wasn't done analysing the area I try to switch back to ghost vision but it doesn't work it just goes dark when i switch to ghost vision, something is wrong i can't see the demons. Suddenly my normal vision goes dark again and then switches back to normal and in my normal sight i can see the demons without my ghost vision, they are all over, this place must somehow enchanted my ghost sight.
I turn to Jack and I ask him he can see the demons too, He says he can and that i am now visible to him too i can see the smile on his face he seems glad to see my physical form, i can tell he misses me so much.
We turn round and we find that Ella has disappeared, it'd only me and Jack now alone We were supposed to be following her and now she is gone we need to find her i tell Jack.
We run around the place and call her name, Jack pulls out his flash light and shines it searching for Ella.
we search for her but she is nowhere to be found, Jack is panicking and red faced with worry we has lost our best asset. Me and Jack walk back to the red spinning void and as i get closer to it It triggers a vision i see that that all the demons have escaped and one of them whisked Ella away in it's ghostly tail, they have escaped through the portal, this just keeps getting worse and worse but we need to stay calm and stop them and find Ella.
Me and Jack go back through the void and we return back in the warehouse and see the big doors open, we run outside to see red demons flying across the sky, like an army of them and their screeches echo throughout the city. Me and Jack run back to the car and get in and drive off to follow the demons.
Jack drives the car on the highway and uses his bonculars to search to see witch one of the demons has Ella, he says look and finally sees a demon on top of one of the skyscrapers and sees it transform back into a man with long black hair and a mask, Jack notices that he fits the description of the killer and he is so powerful from opening the gate we just witness him turn into a demon, Jack tells me he sees the killer taunting Ella with his demon form and Ella is cowering in fear. It had come to the worst She has been taken hostage.
Jack asked if i can fly him up there and i say no for some reason i can only hover at low altitudes i haven't learnt how to fly high yet , it was no use, Jack turns a corner and drives us to the airport nearby and we bust through the airport gates breaking them in half and the guard comes out his box yelling at Jack not to drive so crazily. We park the car next to a helicopter and we rush out and i float in the passengers side and Jack drives, he tells me he has had experience with flying helicopters when he was in the army.
Jack flies the helicopter up and we drive to the skyscraper on our way to save Ella.
