"Oh yeah. Who are those guys outside?" She asks. I was too busy freaking out to answer her. Lucy definitely wouldn't want Anne now, but the officers will take her if word gets around. This isn't good. We have to go. "Anne did you pack your things with you?" She nods, handing me her backpack. I bend down to her level. "Listen we need to lea-"

"Why?" Luka head pops through the door. "What do you want?" I push Anne behind me, shielding her away from these backstabbers. "I came to talk to y-"

"Well, too late." I cut him off, rushing Anne into the small bedroom with her bag. "Morgana?" Anne whines after me, as I shut the door. "Listen we have to go. Right Now." His eyes widen at the seriousness in my tone.

He was going to reply, but was once again cut off, but not by me. From the windshield, you can see five officers walking to the van. "I think we got trouble." Nino's head pops in. "Get in and buckle up." They both only look at each other sideways. "NOW!" They do as told. I lock the door then sit in the drivers seat.

"They're pulling off!" An officer yelled. "Stop!" I didn't listen though. I pull out of park, getting ready to speed off, until the side of the van starts getting riddled with bullets. It startles me, causing me to crash into a near car. "Go! Go! Go!" Nino yells at me. I clear my head and focus in getting the hell out of here. We drive towards the gate. Shit, I forgot about the gate. The officer from yesterday looks at the bullet riddled van with confusion. I stop next to him. "Please open the gate." I beg him. He only shakes his head. "I cant do that without authorization. Plus, your van has bullet holes in it. I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to ask to get out of the vehicle. Along with everyone else in there." He pulled out his gun pointing it at me. I nod, waving my hand at the boys to go. They follow and I go bring Anne to the door. "Get as far away from the van as you can. I will call out for you when I want you to come back, understand?" Tears brim her eyes, but she simply nods.

"You have to come out Mor-" Before he could command me out, I pulled out my silver 9mm on him. "Everyone back into the van." No one moves. Luka and Nino look at me like I've grown a second head. Anne begins to run, just like I told her. "Morgana don't do this." His hands slowly rise beside his head. "No you listen to me. You're going to let us through. I don't care about those two idiots." They jump when I wave my gun over at them. "But you are going to let Anne and me through. She's all I care about at the moment and I wont let your twisted chief take her away from me, because she lied about being sick." My pulse speeds up and a chill runs down my spine. I wobble a bit. The officer takes this sign of weakness to place his gun directly on my head. "You're still a child. You have no experience with the real world and how it works. Whether she lied or not, it doesn't matter. If the chief says take her than we'll take her." A grin creeps onto his face. "You two." He points to Luka and Nino. "Find the little girl and bring her to me or I'll splatter her brains all over the parking lot." They still don't move.

"Alright you called it." He says, lifting the safety. A tingle of warmth spreads through my body, then grows cold. My instincts scream at me to run, but something deeper within me tells me to fight. Like my father would've. Then the darkness overtakes me.

"She told me to run. She told me to run. So I'm going to run. Oh god. She pulled out a gun. We were being shot at. What's happening?"

I sit alone in a chair, surrounded by darkness. Listening to the worries of a little girl. Screams and cries are coming from every direction. All with the single instinct to run. Run away from danger. Survive. Then the voices descend until I can only hear one. The worries of the little girl again. "Run run run, until she calls me back." A wall lights up like a flat screen tv. Showing sick people. Monsters. Chasing innocent people all over. Some aren't lucky enough. Or fast enough. Getting caught by a piece of loose clothing. Fighting and fighting, until their necks are nothing, but mere inches apart from the jaws of a demon. One gets closer and closer to my screen. Then stops. I wonder what it's doing. What has it occupied?

The chill fades as I awaken on the ground. The officer still over me. Gun pointed right at my head. "So you are sick." His grin only grows. Luka and Nino look around warily. Screams can be heard in the distance. "The sicks got in again." Nino mummers looking at the school. I take the risk and turn towards all the commotion. He was right. People all around running for their lives and screaming for their loved ones. It was just like the dream. Or vision. Or whatever they are now. Then one thought occurs. Where's Anne?!
