Δ Assassin 18: Karma's PoV Δ

I am relaxing on my seat as I notice Sayuri looking so tired and restless again. She's been like this since yesterday. I wonder what is she doing late at night?

"Heh, Sayuri-chan~! You look so sleepy." I poke her cheek making her blush.

Cute.

"Ah. I can't sleep last night. Nee-chan is bugging me about the movie." She laugh sheepishly. "She can't stop ranting on how jealous she was because I got to travel to Hawaii in a short period of time."

"You should've told her how sweet we are last night." That made her blush more. Ah, I always want to tease her so badly.

"S-Shut up." She muttered. Just then, Korosensei entered the room.

"Karasuma-sensei has told all of you that there's a transfer student coming right?" Sayuri suddenly jolted towards her seat with a questioning look on her face.

"There is?" She asked.

"Yeah. You didn't read your e-mail didn't you?" Maehara asked. She scratch the back of her head as she look up to her phone.

"Oh..." She said softly. "I didn't notice this morning."

"In any case, I am truly happy that your number of comrades-in-arms is increasing." Korosensei said. "When Ritsu-san came, I underestimated her a bit and had a dreadful experience so this time I'll be on my guard."

"Come to think of it, do you know amything about them, Ritsu? As a fellow assassin student I mean." Hara asked. This seems to spark my seatmate's interest as she is intently listening to the conversation going on.

"Yes, a little." Ritsu replied. "In my initial orders, he and I were scheduled to enter this class simultaneoously. By combining my long range shooting with his close quarters combat, we would drive Korosensei into a corner. However, this orders were cancelled for two reasons."

"Why?" Sayuri asked.

"Firstly, his adjustments took longer than had been expected. And secondly, I was an overwhelmingly inferior assassin compared to him. My abilities are insufficient to serve as his support. And so, I learned that we would each commence an assassination separately, and I, who was significantly inferior, was shipped off first."

"To think that you're already strong. I wonder who is our new classmate." Sayuri pondered out loud.

All of a sudden, the door of our classroom burst open revealing a fully dressed white man who looks superior. They are all shaking except for Sayuri who's curiously peeking through his covered face. A dove appeared on his arm making them frighten.

"I'm sorry I must have frightened you. I, however, am not the transfer student. I am his guardian. Well I'm dressed entirely in white, so just call me Shiro."

"So if he wears black then we must call him Kuro?" The peach haired girl on my left whispered making me snicker. Shiro is silently looking at her as if he knows something. Sayuri stared back in confusion.

She's never scared at all isn't she?

"Is there something wrong, Shiro-san?" Karasuma-sensei asked. I didn't notice him by the door.

"No. Nothing at all." He answered. "It is a pleasure to meet you all. Since there are quite a number of peculiarities to his personality, I intend to introduce him myself if I may. You all seem to bee good children. Thus, it appears you will have an easy time befriending that boy, as well."
