Assassin 22: Takaoka-sensei

Δ Assassin 22: Sayuri's PoV Δ

"That's all! Today's PE class are finally over!" Karasuma-sensei announce. Nagisa and I returned just in time the class ended. He doesn't have a serious injury anyway. Karasuma-sensei just hit Nagisa hard.

But what I felt earlier towards Nagisa is different. I could visualize a snake trying to strange sensei to death. I think sensei felt that one too.

"Sensei! Come have tea in town with everyone after school!" Kurahashi exclaimed.

"Ah, I'm happy you're inviting me but I'm expecting a communication from the Ministry of Defense after this."

I just realize, it has been a week and there's no announcement of our new teacher's arrival. I'm starting to worry. My sister hasn't said anything about that.

Suddenly, the door slid open revealing a familiar man. My heart started to pound knowing who he is.

He's here...

"I don't like him already." Kimiko stated. "I don't like that face of his. I want to punch him."

'Shush.' I said to her.

"Hey there! My name's Takaoka Akira. Starting today I'll be working here to help out Karasuma! Nice to meet all of you in Class E!" He declared. I slowly walk backwards not letting him to see me.

This is what my father and my sister wants.

How could they do this?

Base on his actions, I don't think this will work. I worry for my classmates. Though they seem to enjoy the treats but everything is a trap.

And it's falling into a dark place.

I stealthily run back to the faculty room where Irina and Karasuma-sensei are staying. I knock on the door before entering.

"Sayuri-san!" A woman in black greeted. I smiled at her in acknowledgement.

"Krystal-san." I greeted back. "Did you bring Takaoka-sensei here?"

"Yes I did. Orders from your father." She answered.

"I don't like him already." I said softly. "Why did father sent him?"

"Your father did?" Karasuma-sensei asked. "I thought it was your sister?"

"They both agreed about it." I answered. "Dad wanted a change to test something out so he sent Takaoka-sensei to us. I never knew it would be that day. Nee-chan and I didn't talk about it."

"What do you know about him?" Karasuma-sensei asked.

"All I know about him is that, he is a dangerous person." I said softly. "I would love your PE more even I don't improve, sensei."

"Maybe they sent him for your own sake, Sayuri." Irina said. I shrug my shoulders as a reply.

"Sensei, may I go now? I want to rest for the day." I asked, stressed out at what's happening right now. "I also wanted to go to Dad today."
