Assassin 55: 2nd Semester Finals

Δ Assassin 55: Sayuri's PoV Δ

"For the first semester Midterms, I set the goal of the entire class placing within the top 50 correct?" Korosensei asked. We are currently inside the classroom discussing for the 2nd sem finals. "I'd like to apologize for that. I was too anxious to see the fruits of my labor, and I failed to consider the enemy's movements as well. But things are different now. Now your minds and spirits have matured, I believe that you would be able to accomplish that goal, no matter what challenges faced you. You are now ready to place within the top 50, return to the main school building, and graduate from class E!"

"You sure it'll do that well?" Sugino asked. "I heard Class A got new teacher. It's none other than Gakuho Asano."

I almost spit on my strawberry drink hearing Uncle's name. And it seems Gakushuu is already having troubles with his manipulative father. 

Last night, he visited our house. His face looks troubled and anxious. 

FLASHBACK

"Ga-kun? What brings you here? Come in!" I move to the side to let him enter. Nee-chan and Kimi are on their rooms I am the only person left in the living room.

He sat on the couch while I went to the kitchen to grab juice. I place it in front of the table beside him.

"My father..." He started. "He's a monster.."

"I know about that." I cross my arms. "What happened this time around?"

"He has Seo and the rest wrap in his hands. I was told to wait outside his office for minutes. When they went out, they're different."

"It's your father, Ga-kun. He likes manipulating everything in his hands. He'll do anything to get what he wants."

"I need the help of your class." 

"You better talk to them tomorrow."

END OF FLASBACK

"You know now that I think about it, the director and Korosensei are kind of alike." Fuwa mentioned. Our class just ended and we are walking down the mountain with the rest.

"Really? How?"

"Like, they've got crazy incredible powers but they're just teachers. I mean considering his intellect, the director could have been prime minister or a mob boss y'know. But he's just focusing on the education at one school. That really goes to show how strong he is." She explained. She certainly got a point there.

"Why not use your powers to manipulate him, Sayuri-chan? It's the easiest way." Karma suggested. I shook my head as an answer.

"It's not easy. I can't manipulate him, Karma. The manipulation will bounce off to me." I explain. 

"Hey look." Kayano seems to notice someone so we followed her gaze.

"It's Asano."

We approach him as I stayed behind everyone else.

"You need something?" Maehara asked.

"You sure don't look like you're here for recon." Isogai added.

"It pains me to say this but I need your help." Gakushuu slightly lowered his head. "I'll get right to the point. I want you to kill that monster!"

The looks of my classmates eyes. They are ready to kill someone already. Their blood lust is spreading!

"H-Hey. Ga-kun doesn't mean we have to literally kill him." I spoke. "Your looks as if you're ready to kill!"
