All through the years, para kaming nasa magkaibang mundo. We have different time zones, and it both made us strong. Madalas ko siyang hintayin dis oras na ng gabi para lang makausap, habang siya naman ay gigising ng madaling araw para lang makausap ako. We're in the same city, just different time zones. It wasn't easy at first, but it became less difficult as time passes by. Sabi nga nila, Kung mahal mo, patunayan mo.

Let's just say, things got easier. Saturdays became Aster and Carina's day. Weekdays became "Study" days, and then the rest follows like a river. Until we graduated, and then took board exams together.

As I look up to him now, I can't help myself but to smile. Full of joy, and every positive thing in this world. He hasn't change, he remained the same youthful Aster I love when I was 19. He will always that one person I'll share my books with, that one person I will always play laun tennis with, and that one who always walk with me, in different hallways.

At sino ba ang nag-sabi na lahat ay nag-babago? Kung nag-bago man siya, it's for himself. For me, and for the greater good. He became less cold, and he became friendly. Liking him was easy, but loving him was the most easiest thing to do.

"I love it when you stare at me," Ngumiti siya at inayos ang aking buhok. He never forget to fix it for me, hindi nga ako nahihiya na humarap sa kanyang magulo ang buhok dahil alam kong aayusin niya iyon para sa akin.

"I love your eyes," Maikli kong sabi. Ipinulupot niya ang kamay sa aking baywang habang ako ay nag-taas ng kamay. Hinipo ko ang kanyang pisngi, at dahan dahang tinanggal ang nakalaglag niyang buhok sa kanyang noo. "And everything about you." I continued.

Ngumiti ito, at hinalikan ang dulo ng aking ilong. It's his most favorite part of me, the tip of my pointed nose. And what I love about him the most? His neck and shoulder, ang bango bango niya kasi eh.

Binuhat siya nito, habang ako ay inaayos ang kanyang nalukot na dress. "Where's everyone Astrid?" Tanong ko sa anak nina Comet at Celestine. She is almost three, and her Mom is three-weeks pregnant with her sibling.

"They are on the inside..." Sagot niya habang nilalaro ang hawak na lobo. "They have balloons... And confettis, foods. There are a party inside, Tita." Wika niya pa habang tutok lang ang pansin sa ginagawa. Napatingin ako kay Aster, at sabay kaming napatawa ng mahina.

"Really? Shall we go inside?" Aster asked. Dahan dahan naman siyang tumango, kaya lumakad na kami. Wala ngang tao, wala akong nakikita sa sala, at kahit tumanaw pa ako sa kusina. "Where are they?" Tanong niya ulit. Iniangat niya ang kamay at itinuro ang garden.
