"Will you keep on coming at night?" You ask as you lie comfortably on his chest. It was again past midnight, the moon was already ready to set.
He held your hand and held it up, staring at how your fingers fit with his perfectly, "Do you want me to?" He asked.
"If it brings you comfort then yes." You told him but honestly, you want the red headed boy to keep on coming back every night even if he has no problem to deal with.
You just loved his presence when he holds you near on your sheets.
"Jeon Jungkook has a girlfriend." You mumbled and Taehyung chuckled.
"I know." He said.
You lean away your face from his chest. "You knew? And you didn't tell me?" You asked, your brows furrowing.
He instantly wrap you in his arms. "I don't have the rights to tell you, its their relationship anyway." He said as he kiss your hair.
"Is the girl pretty?" You asked him.
"Lisa? She is. She's pretty cool too. But you're prettier." He said and it made you chuckle.
Your insides tingle and you felt butterflies flying inside you, "You really know how to make a nice joke."
"You think I'm joking?" He asked you and you nodded.
"Haven't I told you that you're the prettiest girl I've ever met in my entire life? Well, besides my mom." He said as he grinned widely.
You hugged him tight making sure you bury your face on his chest. You felt yourself being warm again but at the same time your heart melting.
"You're the sweetest guy I've ever met." You mumbled and he replied you with a caress.
"Kim Taehyung, how are you handling it now?" You mumbled as you listened to his heartbeat that jumps every now and then.
"I think its better now. Mom's not angry at Dad anymore. They wont divorce now. And I've been sleeping very well, thanks to you." He said and you can't help but smile.
"You always comfort me and make me happy, I'm glad I can do the same to you." You said and he hummed, his other hand caressing your shoulders lovingly.
"Thank you for everything, Y/n." He whispered.
And you just let silence eat the both of you as you feel your breathing. Steady and not shaking, it was always soothing feeling his breath like this. It feels nice knowing the red headed boy isn't crying.
"Let's go out, Y/n." He blurted out and you shifted.
"What do you mean?" You asked as he stared at your ceiling, hand still holding yours and caressing your shoulders, his mind in circles but his heart is steady.
"Let's go out this Sunday, Y/n. I have a surprise for you." He said.
"Okay." You replied as you laid your chest comfortably in his chest again.
"Does Lisa wear make up?" You ask Jungkook.
"She does." He said as he imagined his lovely girlfriend face. How youthful it is and how doll-like it is.
He always loved Lisa's round eyes and perfectly shaped lips and her slightly chubby cheeks. He also loved the way she argues with him, how her mouth spit the words furriously and how her body roll everytime she dance. He was clearly smitten.
"Can she help me get ready for Sunday night?" You asked innocently. You were shy, asking for a favor from someone whom you just met is just purely embarassing.
"Aw, why? Are you going out for real with Taehyung?" Jungkook lean in to see your face more, his eyes wide and his front teeth was showing as he tease you.
"Well, he did say we'll go out but I don't know what you mean by for real." You asked, your brows furrowing as you felt yourself being lost again with Jungkook's words.
"I mean like date. Date for real. Go out as a man and a woman. More than friends. Wow, Taehyung finally got the balls to ask you out formally." He said as he stare in space.
You blush as you hide your face from your best friend. Is that what Taehyung really mean when he said those words? Does he really want to go out with you as more than a friend?
You don't know but it made you nervous, your heart beat raising as you feel a smile creep into your lips.
