"1...2...3-" I started counting, only to be interrupted by Tony's yell.
"Don't peek!!" I groaned in annoyance.
"I know!" I yelled back and put my head on my arms that are rested against the tree. I heard giggles behind me, probably from Jaime since he's the most immature prick in our group. Okay. Playing hide and Seek is immature too, but at least I don't giggle. Right?
"4...5... 6..." I continued counting and tapped my feet impatiently on the ground. I wanna peek, this forest is wide and it's dark. I will surely have a hard time finding them if I don't. I was about to peek when Tony scolded me again.
"Mike! Stop peeking!" I sighed in defeat and decided to continue counting.
"11...12...13..." I heard muffled noises behind me and more giggling.
"14...15...-"
"Don't peek!" I was slightly unnerved by the high-pitched, childish voice that interrupted my counting. I heard no more noise, but only faint sounds of trickling liquid. This is getting creepy.
My curiosity got the best of me so I turned around... only to see my friends hung upside down on a huge oak tree behind me. All of them had their eyes gauged out, the crimson coloured liquid dripping from their empty sockets. Their chests are ripped open, exposing their bloody ribs and bleeding organs. I was frozen in place. I looked at the cause of this horrendous murder, who is now giggling in the sight of my terrified expression.
It was a little girl. The girl's eyes are pitch black, she's wearing a white dress with a flower crown on her golden hair. She's giggling horribly while clutching a dagger on her hand.
"I told you. Don't peek." with that, she lunged at me and stab both of my eyes. I was flailing in extreme pain, but that had no match to the pain I felt when her little murderous hand ripped my heart out.
