-the title of this chapter is from Chemical Prisoner by Falling In Reverse-

     *Emily's POV*

I woke up in the same familiar basement.  They tied me back up in the damn chair.  But the knife is still there.  I heard the door to the basement open and footsteps come down the stairs.

Andy came down the steps, looking at me strangely.

"Well since you'll be stuck here with me for eternity, I'll be considerate enough to untie you.  But you'll be staying down here at all times.  Door locked, I'll bring stuff down to you." He said picking up the knife.

He stared cutting the ropes around my wrists first.  Once they were free I rubbed my wrists, the skin stinging from the rope.  He cut the ropes from my ankles pretty quickly.

  "Stand up." He instructed me.

I stood up, my legs wobbling a bit from not moving for so long and the loss of blood.

"There's stuff set up for you back there." He said pointing to the back of the basement.

He started walking back there, instructing me to follow.  I followed him back there.  There was a small bed set up for me with a small blanket and a little table lamp on the ground next to it.

"You're staying here.  I'm leaving for a bit, I'm locking your door tightly so you can't get out." He snarled at the last sentence.

I just nodded my head in a bored way.

"There's no point in trying to run back to your family.  They're leaving New Jersey tonight." He said.

My heart shattered as he said that.  He walked up the stairs, leaving the basement and locking the door from the outside.  I waited until I could hear the front door close.  I heard the front door close and lock.  I heard heavy footsteps coming from outside.  I heard him speed away.

  He's gone.

I rushed up the stairs wiggling the door handle, hoping by some miracle that it was unlocked.  It obviously wasn't unlocked.  I had little time so I needed to act fast.  I punched the wooden door, putting a hole in it.  My hand was now on the other side of the door.  I put my hand through it and unlocked the door.

"Locking the door tightly my ass." I said sarcastically to myself.

I ran to the front door, unlocking it quickly.  I ran outside.

  I'm out...finally.

I need to get home immediately, I can't let them leave.

If they're leaving, they're taking me with.

I know Belleville like the back of my hand, it won't be hard for me to get home.

I'll go through the cemetery.  It'll be quicker.  I was so weak that I couldn't use my vampire speed.  I began running as quick as I could towards Cemetery Drive.

God please don't let them be gone already...

  I can't be alone...not anymore...

One of my biggest wishes since Frank went missing was to get out of New Jersey and escape everything.  Just be alone, and I was okay with that.  But being with everyone made me realize I can't do that.

  I need them...

  I need my family...

I need them even more now...

I got to Cemetery Drive within a few minutes.  I heard the sound of fighting.  Something told me to investigate, so I did.  What I saw was Andy beating Gerard to death.  Gerard not even attempting to fight back.  His lip was busted, blood pouring from his nose.  He had bruises covering his face, a black eye starting to form.

  He's going to kill him...

No no, I've got to do something and fast...
