dear diary—
well, school started again today.
it was the same as it was last year
(month)
before winter break.same people, cliques, teachers, classes, etc.
i find myself longing for a change often.
growing up in a small town is a pain because everything stays the same.
anything new is rare, because people tend to cling to the old and familiar, especially in small towns.
i want to travel.
i want to wander paths countless others have wandered before me,
and stand in the middle of the city and feel as small as an ant,
and just be free.everything comes with a price, though,
freedom included.i have yet to realise what that price will be for me, and whether i will be willing to pay it.
