Jimin wakes up in Yoongi's bed again, the other side of the bed empty but he runs his fingers on the silky sheets, humming in content. He remembers everything that happened last night, hiding his face in the pillow. He felt so warm and happy in his embrace, nothing but love filling his senses, leaving a fuzzy feeling to wash over him like a wave.

"Good morning," jimin props himself up on his elbows, smiling softly at Yoongi who slips into his chamber. He sits up fully as the captain sits at the side of the bed, taking jimin's hands in his.

"I was serious about last night, about us," he says, taking jimin's wrist and kissing the siren's fingertips and jimin moves closer to him, pressing his hand against his cheek.

"Me too," jimin says.

Yoongi takes his left hand, without any warning he slips something  onto his finger and Jimin looks down, his eyes landing on a golden ring on his finger, "will you be my matelot?" Yoongi asks with a smile, holding up another ring for jimin to use. Jimin nods enthusiastically, giggling loudly,

"Aye, he says, taking the ring in his hand and slipping it on Yoongi's finger. He wraps his arms around Yoongi's neck, hugging him tightly as he smothers him in kisses and love.

"Last night your eyes," Yoongi whispers, pulling away to stare at Jimin. "They changed colour, it was amazing," Yoongi laughs.

"They did?"

"Mhm," Yoongi hums, his eyes soft and full of love as he runs his thumbs over jimin's cheekbones. "Beautiful," he says, kissing his lips. "You can rest today if you'd like."

"I want to do my part, I'll get dressed and I'll see you out there," jimin says and Yoongi kisses his ring, nodding.

"Wear something of mine," he flashes a smile as he stands up and begins walking to the door.

"I love you," jimin blurts out.

"I love you too."

He gets dressed in Yoongi's clothes as soon as possible, giddy as he steps out onto the deck, getting knowing looks from the navigator as he walks up to the quarterdeck. "My chamber is near captain's, you two have fun? With all that sodomy, it was hard to sleep" he grins and Jimin slaps his arm.

"Don't say it like that," he glares and he sulks as Jeongguk laughs in amusement.

"It's a shame you're leaving, but I can't help but notice your hand and neck," Jeongguk says, eyes raking over the jewel around jimin's neck and the shining ring on his finger. "I could've sworn I saw captain with those too, pray tell, are you his matelot?" The navigator snickers and Jimin blushes, there's no reason to deny it when pirates were so open with their relationships with one another and he nods, staring at his feet.

"Lots of men on the jewel are together but no one has ever been able to capture our captain's heart like you have," the navigator says, a jubilant smile on his lips.

"I'm honoured," jimin says jokingly, patting Jeongguk's shoulder before skipping down the steps to the main deck to grab the mop and bucket to start his work. He gets knowing looks from the pirates on the deck and he exchanges loving gazes with yoongi whenever they cross paths and Jimin begins to believe the young navigator. He really did make the captain smitten.

While Yoongi wasn't planning or plotting their next moves or talking with others, he openly kisses the siren in the middle of the deck, his crew hooting and hollering at the sight.
