You're beautiful

15 year old Regina and Emma were led in bed together. They were watching Big Bang theory. Regina was snuggled into Emma's arms and falling asleep. The blonde quickly glanced down to see her eye lids dragging her eyes to shut tight.

"Gina" she whispered.

The brunette was awake but too tired to open her eyes. She was gonna say something. Before she got a word out of her perfectly shaped lips she felt something against her head. It was Emma planting a small but meaningful kiss on the brunette hair. This caused a smile to grow across Regina's face. Every muscle in her body stopped her from looking up and kissing her best friend. She was dying to. She knew she wanted to but a voice in her head told her she wasn't enough.

"Night beautiful" Emma whispered as a gentle reminder that Regina is in fact beautiful.

The blonde rested her head upon Regina's. She continued watching as the girl in her arms properly fell asleep. Emma drifts off within the same program. They subconsciously moved closer together and held on tighter. Regina's mum walked into the room to speak to her daughter.

"Gina sweetie I..." she starts before noticing. She smiled at the two girls. The older woman listed a blanket from behind the sofa over her daughter and daughters friend. "They will be together one day. Everyone knows it" the woman states as she made her way out of the lounge.

Regina left the photography building. She drove straight to the diner to meet Emma again. The whole drive she felt so hungry. She had already downed a bottle of water before leaving. The brunette stepped out of her very expensive car and walked in her heels towards the door. She pushed on the wood causing it to move open. The small bell at the top rang to signal someone had entered the diner. She looked around before noticing Emma sat in a booth looking up at her. A smile was spread across the blondes face as she saw her.

"Hey" Regina waves as she approaches the table.

"Hi good looking. How was the shoot" Emma asked as she lifts her body to sit up.

"Good thank you. Same as usual to be honest. I'm actually kinda hungry"

"Chicken burger with spicy mayo?" Emma asked as a familiar smirk appeared.

"Fuck it. I'm so hungry I might as well. My next shoot isn't for a week" Regina shrugged.

"When did you last eat? Like properly eat not your stupid blueberries for breakfast" Emma asked holding the cup of coffee in her hand close to her lips before sipping it.

"I don't know... I had a salad yesterday lunch time" the brunette woman shrugged knowing that was definitely the last time she ate.

"You know that's not good Regina. Why are you doing it"

"Because I need this. Daniel never loved me before that. No one did. Now the world does and the world thinks I'm hot. I've always wanted this feeling" Regina says telling a little white lie. She never wanted to be hot or sexy. She just wanted to be beautiful. "Can we just order please em" she asked softly.

"Fine but I have one more question"

"What is it" Regina asked.

"What are you doing tomorrow all day"

"That's your question? Your just as weird as when we were kids" Regina laughed. She wasn't expecting that. "I'm not doing anything. I don't have work so I'm free. Why"

"Make sure your awake at 9" Emma smirked.

"Alright. Daniel leaves for work at 7 so I'll be up before then" Regina nods still giggling.

A tall waitress came over. She was new and already took a liking to Emma. She had long hair that was dark red and long legs for days. Here eyes were piercing blue with long eyelashes to surround them.

"Hi. I'm Lucy. Can I take your order" she asked staring at Emma the whole time. Regina noticed and looked at her annoyed. She thought the waitress was rude by ignoring her like she didn't exists. "Ow and yours" she says now looking at the other woman.

"I'll have a chicken burger with mayo and for Regina a chicken burger with spicy mayo please" Emma ordered not even looking up to the waitress yet.

She lifted her head up but still didn't notice she was being hit on. Regina rolled her eyes at the waitresses poor service.

"And to drink" she asked again only to Emma.

"Pepsi for me thanks" the blonde replied with a smile.

"And you" Lucy asked over her should to Regina.

"Water"

"No she'll have a Pepsi as well thanks" Emma cuts in.

"No problem cutie. I'll get it out for you as soon as possible" Lucy states with a smile on her face as she kept her eyes on Emma.

Lucy walked away and go the counter. Regina rolled her eyes as she looked back at her friend.

"What a flirty bitch" the brunette sighed.

"What do you mean? Who was she flirting with" Emma asked cluelessly.

"You really are a blonde. You idiot. How did you not notice that. She acted like you were the only person on the table with that smirk on her face" Regina laughed at her idiocy.

"Wait that waitress was flirting with me? How the hell did I miss that" Emma asked now shocked.

"cause your Emma" the brunette replied still giggling at her friend.

"Well she is my type" Emma says with a cheeky grin.

Regina couldn't help the horrible feeling that consumed her thoughts. Jealousy. She didn't know why. She had Daniel that loved her and she loved him. Why was she jealous of her high school crush?

"Just go for it. You can tell she likes you. Why wouldn't she" Regina smiled.

"Might as well" Emma shrugged.

She knew Regina was taken so why bother waiting for her. The waitress struts back over with the food and drinks. She wouldn't dare take her eyes off Emma. Especially now there locked with hers.

"Is that everything" she asked bitting her lip.

"You forgot to leave your number for me to call you" Emma smirked as she made it obvious she was checking the girl out.

Lucy smiled knowing this girl liked her back. She took her pad out and wrote across it. Her phone number and a heart was on it. The waitress ripped it off and gave it to Emma.

"Call me" Lucy says with a wink.

She walked away before she did something stupid. Regina just started laughing as she looked at Emma.

"I forgot how quick and easy it was for you to get a girls number" Regina laughed.

"Well I still got that hidden talent. It's probably because she knows my songs. That's what happens a lot of the time" Emma chuckled.

"Awe no. Your such a cutie. You can get any girl you want" Regina smiled.

"And that's why I love you"
