This chapter is for all the girls with huge insecurities. Please take the message from Emma's speech.

Emma was stood back stage with her agent and her parents. She got them VIP access to anything. She was nervous to go on since in her mind she secretly told herself Regina might show up with her parents but she didn't.

"Em your going to do great" Doris said while rubbing her back to reassure her.

"We believe in you" graham added with a smile at his nervous daughter.

"Thanks guys. I just... well it would have been nice to have Regina here you know" Emma admits trying to hide the fact her mind disappointed her.

"I know sweetie. I told her to come but she said she was busy with work" graham replied knowing that was a lie but used it anyway.

"Now your main speaker of the night. Talking about girl power. The one. The only. EMMA SWAN" the host announced as she looked towards her backstage.

Emma walked onto the stage while waving at the massive audience in front of her. The room was huge and every seat was filled. She wore a black top with pink writing saying girl power. All the singers and speakers had them on. She went over to the microphone and lifted it up.

"Hi everyone. I'm so glad to be here. So I'm here to talk to you about girl power obviously. Now as you all know I'm proudly open about my sexually and I always have been. As a woman who was a lesbian I got a lot of bullying from students in my school. Mostly boys. Telling me I couldn't date a girl because I am one. I couldn't fall in love. I couldn't wear dresses because I had to be butch now. I was told all of this so I used my girl power I had and done the opposite" Emma announces getting the crowd cheering and going crazy.

"She's doing great" Doris whispers to her husband with a huge smile.

"I know. I couldn't be prouder" he replied admiring his daughters confidence.

"I done everything they said I couldn't. I date girls. I fell in love with one when I was young. I wore dresses just to prove a point. I stood up for myself as a woman in this world and said no. This is who I am" Emma continued with a smile as she showed her passion.

The doors then opened. Emma's head snapped up to them to see Regina walking into the room. Her mouth dropped a little in shock. Everyone looked round to see who it was. They all knew her as a model and as Emma's best friend.

"Sorry I'm late" Regina said as she locked eyes with the blonde.

"Umm as I was saying" Emma starts but is still a little shocked. She saw the sadness in Regina's face even from a great distance. She changed her speech and spoke from the heart. "As woman our insecurities take over us. They make us think things that aren't true. They make us feel things that aren't true"

"That's not her speech. What is she doing" Emma's agent asked looking confused at the speech in her hand.

"She's speaking from her heart" graham said confidently as he looked at his daughter and then Regina.

"They will tell us we're not beautiful or we're not good enough for something. Well I'm here to tell you that you are. It doesn't matter if your black or if your gay or if your transgender or anything. Every single one of you is beautiful. But as woman our insecurities will take over us. They make us fear the world. We fear love because we're not good enough. We fear being hurt because we're going to be thrown away. We fear letting people close because they'll leave. Well we need to stop this. We need to stand up for ourself and say this is who I am. As a team and as singles we are beautiful. Say it with me"

"We are beautiful" the whole audience repeated along with Emma.

"You just have to believe it. Believe someone can love you. Believe someone won't hurt you. Believe someone will get close and won't leave. Don't loose the people who mean the world to you because your scared. Fight for what you want and don't ever let a man tell you that your not good enough for them. Don't ever let a man convince you to starve yourself for your image. Stand up to them. You are beautiful. We are beautiful" Emma said as she concluded her speech.

Everyone stood up cheering and clapping as she walked off the stage. Lots of people had tears in there eyes at the moving speech. Regina wasn't even trying to hold them in. She had tear stains down her eyes. Emma went behind stage and let out a large breaths she forgot she was holding.

"Well done Emma" Doris praised as she hugged her.

"Regina turned up" the blonde said with a big smile.

"Go get your girl" graham encouraged with a proud smile on his face.

Emma smiled back and went on stage again just before the host could. They all cheered and hoped she speak more. She went to the microphone and took it.

"I just have one more thing to say to someone here" Emma announced as she walked towards the stairs. She went down them and into the audience who were sat down but cheering lots. She walked down an aisle and over to Regina who was smiling so proudly at her. "I love you my best friend and I always will" Emma said as she locked eyes with the brunette and smiled softly at her.

"I love you too" Regina replied into the microphone not helping the more tears leaving her eyes.

She reached out and grabbed Emma's top. Pulling her into her own body and kissing her deeply. Everyone cheered and felt happy for them. They held each other close as they showed how much they were in love.
