Infatuated

ten.

Today is the day. Today is the day I will see Brockhampton live for the first time. I wake up around 7 am with a smile on my face even though my neck kind of hurt from sleeping on the ground downstairs with everyone. I get up and make myself a green tea, while my water was getting hot, I woke Cara and Garson and told them to get ready. Last night we initiated a plan which was, we would wake around 7:30 am and start gettting ready. Then after we were done getting ready we would hop in the car and stop by Mc Donald's. After that we would go straight to the venue and we will be the first ones there. After my water was done boiling I put it in my cup along with my green tea bag and I added some lemon into my cup. Then I rushed upstairs to take a shower due to hygiene purposes.

After I was done my hot, steamy shower I started to put on my makeup. While I was putting on my makeup I'm listening to "VCR" and "Answer" by Tyler, The Creator along with "Woman" by Harry Styles. I finally finished my makeup routine and I left my hair down because my hair wouldn't cooperate any other way. Then I rushed to my closet and took out my outfit that I planned from the night before. I decided I would wear a rainbow striped cropped tee I got from Forever 21 and some light-blue mom shorts with a black belt along with my black doc martins. After I was finished with my beautifully gay outfit, I packed my black bag with my money, phone, and other supplies I might need and headed down stairs.

By the time everyone was ready it was around 9 so we were right on schedule and making sure we had everything we needed including the tickets and the passes, we rushed out the door locking it behind us and went into Garson's car.

We were driving about 5 minutes to the nearest Mc Donald's and we went through the drive-thru to not waste time. I ordered a sausage and cheese bagel with breakfast sauce and a hash brown. When we finally got our food it was around 9:10 and we ate our food in the car and rushed to the venue. When we got to the venue it was around 9:30 and luckily we were the first ones there.

While we were waiting in line for about 6 hours we were playing some of Brockhamptons most popular songs on the speaker Garson took with him. Everyone waiting in line including us had a a dance party. While I was waiting in line I actually had some fans that saw me and Matt in the news and they wanted my autograph and a picture. Haha. It was so weird. Now "Boogie" is playing and out of the corner of my eye I see Kevin, Dom, and Ciarán come out of the venue to greet the fans. They come walking to us first and Cara is nearly about to faint due to their presence. "Hi Katalina!!" Dom, Kevin and Ciarán all say in unison. "Hi guys!! Nice to meet you guys again! These are my friends, Garson and Cara." Garson starts to have a conversation with Dom about how the universe works or summ like that and Cara and Ciarán have a conversation about how cool Juuls are. I don't know anymore. Kevin decides to pull me aside the line and we start to have a conversation.

"Hey so since you're one of the group's new friends, you and your friends can come inside if you want and have a look around?" I politely agree and tell my friends to come with me and Kevin. We go inside the the venue and the first thing I notice is how gigantic the place is. I see Kiko and Romil on stage setting up for the concert and we wave at them. Kevin was giving us a tour of the venue and Kevin Doan comes up to us. We do his little heart sign at each other and gets a call forcing him to run backstage. The only place we didn't go is backstage. Kevin had to go backstage to rehearse and he asks us to stay here and look around a bit. Cara and Garson had to go the bathroom so I went up to the ceiling seats and I tested the acoustics of the theater by singing one of my favorite songs "Skin" by Dijon.

"I come alive when you tease me, with heat and wet skin." I sing at the top of my lungs before being interrupted by some applause from below me. It's Cara, Garson and Ciarán. "Haha. Thank you guys so much." I say while bowing because I'm extra. "Hey, Katalina, you should sing 'Summer' with me tonight. You up for it?" Ciarán asks me and of course I say yes because who wouldn't. Garson and Cara keep looking around getting familiar with the place while Ciarán takes me to this room in the backstage area.

We go into the room and I notice the room had excellent acoustics. Ciarán and I sit on the floor because there wasn't any chairs and we start rehearsing "Summer", we sing amazingly together. We decided that this would be the 2nd to last song until the encore.

After we were done rehearsing it was about 10 minutes until the doors open so Ciarán takes me back to the main viewing area and I thank him for letting me have this opportunity and I wish him luck performing. He runs off and I collect with my friends again. We get in the center front row so we can see everything. About 5 minutes after we were waiting, the doors opened and our hands and feet hugged into the barricade as strong as we could because we know people are going to want our spot and I know we won't let that happen. After everyone gets into the building the show began with "Weight" and Kevin comes out on stage.

"They split my world into pieces haven't heard from my nieces." Everyone starts to record everything except me because I'm not trying to lose my phone. Instead I wave my hands and then the beat kicked in and everyone pushed forward crushing Cara, Garson and I but it is worth it. We start dancing and having fun and time absolutely passes by. Then it was my turn to go on stage with Ciarán.

"Heyyyyyy" Ciarán says and everyone starts to cheer. "So I have a very special guest coming on stage to perform with me." Everyone starts to cheer, Ciarán already told the guards who I was so they can lift me on stage when it is time. "Katalina!! Come up here bitch!!" Everyone starts to cheer and the crowd gets crazy. The guard lifts me up and I get on stage and Ciarán hands me a mic."Heyyyyyyyy" I say with a goofy smile afterwards and everyone cheers. "Romil, cue the music!" Ciarán says and the instrumental for "Summer" starts to play and everyone goes crazy. Ciarán starts off the beginning of the first verse and people are singing along with him. My part comes up and I sing, everyone cheers at me and I blush. Ciarán and I join together and sing "You know, You know, You know." And the Guitar kicks in and everyone starts dancing and having fun. "You know you should be my boy." I harmonize with Ciarán and after the song was over everyone applauded me and him and I give him a hug.

HK runs on stage and gives me a hug. "You did amazing!!" He says with a smile on his face. "Aweee thank you!" I say giving him another hug. "So, we have another surprise for you." He says and I am completely bamboozled. "Uhh okay." I say with a cute but confusing smile on my face and HK hands me a chair. I sit in it.

"Okay since it's your birthday let's all sing happy birthday to Katalina!!" Kevin says while walking out on stage with the rest of the boys following him. I make eye contact with Matt and I instantly start to glow again thinking about all of the fun times we had together. "1! 2! 3! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU.." brockhampton and their fans sing to me. "Oh my god!! Thank you so fucking much guys!!!" I say after the song was over tearing up.

Matt gets a microphone and walks ahead of the boys while they stay put. Romil gets back to the dj booth and plays one of my favorite love songs "Let Me Love You" by Mario. "Baby I just don't get it." Matt sings to me. Everyone starts to squeal because of what they are hearing and seeing. I start crying while the Brockhampton boys hand me individual roses except Matt. When the song finished I am in full blown tears. "Katalina, I am so fucking sorry for everything. You mean so much to me and I don't want to let you go not now, not ever. Please, would you let me have the honor of being your boyfriend?" Matt says to me holding the final rose down on his knee. I stand up and in awe. "Matt, of course I would." I say taking the final rose. I put the roses behind my back while Matt pulls me in and kisses me. Everyone is in awe and somebody even screamed "YESSS KATALINA GET ITTT!!!" And I pull away blushing. Everyone cheers and the guard takes my roses and tell me and my friends to stay after the show.

I am in shock. I cannot believe that happened to me. The encore starts and Garson, Cara and I start dancing to "Bump." After the concert was over, me and my friends got carried by the guards out of the barricaded area and he escorts us into the backstage handing me my roses. I run up to Matt hugging him and kissing him all over. "Thank you so much Matt." I say burying my neck into his chest. Cara and Garson had some conversations with the group. Kevin and the boys invite us to Waffle House but we politely decline due to how late it was and how much alcohol we drank. I give Matt a goodnight kiss and I drive my friends back to my place.

Soon as we got home Garson and Cara pass out while I am just thinking about Matt. What just happened?
