Mr. Roebuck's office
4:30pm

Toshiaki is in Mr. Roebuck's office discussing the matter on tracking down the man in the grey suit and any info on other stand users in the area. So far toshiaki has only dealt with the man in the grey suit and Junji toriyama.
"So what's the latest update on him?" Toshiaki asks Mr.Roebuck
"He'd already be in our custody if we knew where he was or if we knew how to apprehend him, the problem is it's near impossible to find him. The only thing that keeps him within our radar is the fact that he goes after random people with that arrow, it's very indiscriminate how he goes about it. Look, around 12 people have been found dead over the course of 5 years with an arrow wound somewhere on their body." Roebuck says showing toshiaki on a holographic screen 12 different reports in the news as well as various police reports
"Except it's not indiscriminate, or rather it wasn't with me," toshiaki said
"What are you trying to say?" Jolyne said from behind toshiaki who got up from sitting at Roebuck's desk
"When he shot me, he said my name. It can't be indiscriminate if they know your name." Toshiaki said turning around to face jolyne
"So you're saying that he's been looking for you?" Roebuck says
"Has to be the case, maybe he shot me to fulfill some kind of prophecy." Toshiaki said
"Prophecy is a huge stretch but it's far from ridiculous Roebuck said
"Anything I should know about?" Toshiaki said
"It has come to our attention that another stand user might be on the loose, an unidentified woman who has been seen committing petty crimes such as mugging and convenience store robberies. Local authorities have been unsuccessful in apprehending her because based on reports she levitates rather swiftly" jolyne says
"But it's not levitation is it?" Toshiaki says
"Exactly, she's a stand user that is a threat to the public so we need to apprehend her soon, so be on the lookout for her" Roebuck said
"Understood" Toshiaki said

Time skip
Cafe 6:30pm sunset
Toshiaki is walking along the street and sees Yōu, Yoshiko, Ruby and Hanamaru run into a bus "was that them?" Toshiaki said walking past the bus seeing them inside the bus they began to wave at him, "hey Toshiaki!" Yōu said from inside the bus "hey girls what's up" Toshiaki replies waving back seeing the bus begin to leave the stop. Toshiaki went into the cafe for a quick bite before gets home "hey Toshiaki, where have you been?" Chika asked asked. Toshiaki turning his attention the where the voice came from and chika and Riko still inside the cafe  "speedwagon internship, ran longer than expected" Toshiaki replies "so have you heard?" Riko says to Toshiaki "about what?" Toshiaki replied "uranohoshi girls high school is at risk of shutting due to low applicants for the new year" riko said "really? That rumor is still going around?" Toshiaki asked "rumor?" Chika and riko said "yeah, since I was a first year, there was a constant rumor that Uranohoshi was gonna shut down" Toshiaki said to Chika and Riko "how did you know about it?" Chika asked Toshiaki  "The first time I heard about was through Kanan and Dia, and then the rumor surfaced to Tenkaichi through some girls that had friends at uranohoshi." Toshiaki said "so what happened then?" Riko asked "eh, I can't remember. By the way, why are we talking about this?" Toshiaki asked "well since you asked, we are gonna shoot a promotional video about Uchiura and what makes it a great town, in order to get some buzz" Chika said enthusiastically "is that right? How much footage did you girls get" Toshiaki said smiling "as much as we could, I thought about getting a few shots of numazu bu-" Chika said before being interrupted by Riko "but that would be cheating" Riko said interrupting Chika "but we don't have much good footage of uchiura, so I figured we could add some-" Chika said " if it's a PV about uchiura, then it's should be about uchiura don't you think?" Toshiaki said "ok, we'll focus on uchiura." Chika said Toshiaki chuckled a bit "anyway I only came to this cafe to get a bite and then I was gonna head home. -oh look a puppy" Toshiaki says turning his attention to a small black dog with a green bow tie, he began approaching the small dog and petting it "eek!" Riko yelped in fear of seeing the small dog again "even small ones Riko?" Toshiaki said beginning to chuckle
