I don't remember much but I'm in Chris's bed.
Did I have another nightmare about him..?

I look over and I see Chris.

I sit up.
Chris puts a pillow behind my back and gives me water in a sippy cup.
I take a sip as sweetie comes to lay by my feet.

I'm mute..
I'm breaking down and I can't..

I'm stuck in my own head again and my tiny voice is taping my mouth shut.

He sighs as he sits behind me.
He rubs my tense shoulders calming me down.

After 15 minutes go by he picks me up and turns me around to face him.
I wrap my legs around him as he looks deeply into my eyes.

His facial expressions seem helpless and terrified for me.

A million thoughts come running through my head.

Did this man do the same to Alice as he did those 4 children?
Is there more to her trauma I don't know about?

And I'm a mess myself.

There's my perfect girl I say as I pick her up and swing her around
She giggles laughing for me to put her down.

I put her down to play with her plushies as I make some calls.

I call the aquarium and book it out so it's just me and her.
