"Okay, we're heading out. See you guys tomorrow!"
Your friend, John, waved at you.

"Alright, have a safe trip home! Bye!"
You waved back.

You were sitting on the couch that's
been placed on stage in the Theatre Room.

Today, most of the Theatre kids had to go back home early because they had a class project to do; Fuji left early to visit Ayumi; and Midnight had an emergency meeting in her agency so she left Umeda in charge. Although, Umeda had to leave with the rest of her class to do the assignment too; so you volunteered to tidy up the room before leaving.

Leaving you and your friend, Maedai,
to be the only two people left in the room.

The door creaked closed.

"So, they left."
You said while reading your script.

"You know what Maedai? Let's just call it a day. Everyone's left already, plus we're addicts to the musical itself; so we know most of our lines and our song lyrics already."

"Actually about that,"
Maedai mumbled.

"Um, _____, we're good friends right?"

"Yeah?"
You looked up from your script to see Maedai fidgeting his fingers in front of you.

"And, you're Chloe and I'm Jeremy. And we have a, have a kissing scene...and, you have to pretend to wanna...to wanna make out with me."

"Yeah?"

"I was thinking, even though we've already practiced 'Do You Wanna Hang?', I feel like I could've done better at that scene."

A/N: 'Do You Wanna Hang?' is a scene in the BMC Musical where Chloe Valentine tries to seduce Jeremy Heere to having sex with her. Although Midnight sugarcoated the script so in the school's version, Chloe tries to seduce Jeremy to make out with her. And she does in both versions.)

"So you want to...?"
You asked, trying to help Maedai cut to the chase.

Whenever he fidgeted around like
that it would start to get on your nerves.

"Can w-we please re-rehearse that scene again? Please? I mean if you- if you want to of course."
He said quickly.

"Yeah sure.
Thinking about it I could've done better too. Let's do it."
You easily replied.

"O-Oh really? Thanks! Thanks a bunch!"
Maedai excitedly responded.

You were bored and thought it was a good idea.

You got up from the couch, stretched your body
and cleared your throat as Maedai did the same.

"Alright, I have the instrumental version of 'Do You Wanna Hang?' in my Spotify, I'll just play it from there."
Maedai said while scrolling on his phone.
