"Listen here darlings, someone special is backstage tonight. That's my beautiful wife y/n, come out love." Freddie said into the microphone with a big smile.
You hid behind a hand over your face as you shook your head, "Love, come onnn! Don't make me come over there." You grinned still not moving from your original spot.
Freddie rolled his eyes playfully before waking over to where you stood and grabbing your hand, "She's a bit shy." He told the roaring crowd, you squinted as the bright stage lights hit your face.
The two of you had been married for almost 2 years now, you've known him since art school. You guys went through everything together, all the ups and downs. The rest of the band love to joke around and call you "two peas in a pod" and it makes you smile.
You weren't sure why Fred had brought you out, usually he didn't except for special occasions. The crowd was so large it was hard not to get lost in it all, hearing his voice brought your attention back to him.
"Y/N and I have been married for quite awhile and we've been together even longer, and everyday she just makes my life so much better." A smile spread across your face as Freddie wrapped an arm around your shoulders. "I know she's not too big of a fan of being up here but I couldn't resist it at least with tonight being our second anniversary and all."
The crowd roared and whistled as your eyes widened, how could you forget your anniversary? Touring life was crazy though with all the different time changes and jet lag. Freddie chuckled, "You forgot didn't you?"
You shook your head as he laughed harder, "Well that just makes this an even bigger surprise." He added a quick kiss to your cheek before the music started to play.
Roger had placed out two stools behind you while Fred was talking, sitting down your eyes started to tear up as the familiar chords from "Love of My Life" began to play from Brian's guitar.
First Freddie began to sing and then the crowd joined in, "See love, they're all singing to you." He whispered in your ear. You kissed him once the song ended, no matter how long you had known him Freddie still managed to make you even happier. He truly made you feel complete
