 Maryann was worried about today. Today was the day she met with her mum again, and she wasn’t looking forward to it. Knowing her mum that way she did, she made sure to wear her best clothes. Which was a black knee length skirt and a white blouse.

‘Mary, dressing to impress,’ John whistled ‘but then again your mum might want that.’

‘Very funny John,’ Maryann said ‘At least you dressed better than you normally do.’ She was glad; John took her warning seriously and dressed in clean jeans and T-shirt.

‘Why would you lie about your own mum and I’m sure that all rich people are like that.’

‘Wait how am I going to talk to her?’ Maryann asked

‘She’ll be talking to some people and my dad helped us get a private interview with her.’ John told her, his dad worked at a paper and was more than happy to help.

‘Really,’ Mary sighed ‘were does he work.’

‘Newspaper,’ John said ‘Which means I have to ask her questions he sent me.’
