"Who?" Napabaling saakin si kalil na nakakunot ang noo.
"Our new driver and housemaid" i sigh.
"Why do you say so?"
"They smiled at me creepily" i said.
"Their not, they're trusted friend of ours. Their genuine and polite" he explained. Napabuntomg hininga nalang ako.
Maybe im just over reacting? I dont know. Its just that, i dont trust them that much. I feel something. I can sense it. It's just there, but i dont know what it is.
Umiling nalang ako at iniwala ang iniisip. Im just over thinking.
Ilang araw ang nakabuwan ang nakalipas, araw araw ako'ng hinahatid sundo ni Kalil. Im starting to assume that he likes me, too. But i heard my classmates chitchatting about Kalil and His Girls.
"Naku! Nakita ko nga si Kalil na may babaeng kahalikan sa bar!" One day i heard from my Classmate Martha talking to her friends.
"Sus! Araw araw, kung minsan, oras oras pa nga! Sabi ni Ate Hazel na fling daw sila ni Kalil! Oh well, he's Hot and handsome!" Amanda giggled.
I already saw kalil kissing Diana, his girl, but i never thought that there are so many out there! Base on his moves, he's fetching me everyday so i cant help but assume. Im just controlling myself not to overthink.
"What do you want to watch?" Kalil said. We are going to Cinema when saturday comes. At first, it was awkward but now, i think i used to it.
"Comedy, please?" I begged cutely. He just chuckled and nodded.
We watched one movie and then go for dinner. It is our routine every saturday. Kung may assignment naman o project na dapat gawin sa sabado, siya ang gumagawa at binibigay saaking kinabukasan.
Hindi ako pumapayag but he insist. Gusto nya rawng ilaan ang sabado para sa bounding namin kaya ginagawa niya ang mga iyon pag uwi nya.
"How's your school?" Yan lagi ang tanong nya pag nag didinner kami sa labas.
I remembered the chitchats i heard last day. I wonder if its true? Did he really have a girlfriend?
"I-its fine" i said then looked away. His eyes are very intimidating, i always tried my best to look at him back whenever he look at me but i lose and look away first.
His intense gaze makes my knees tremble and sent me shiver down to my spine. We sometimes experience awkward silence and his always breaking it cause he knew that i am trembling and felt awkward. I silently thank him for that.
"Really?" It is a tone of sarcasm. Napalingon ako sakanya na nakataas ang kilay.
"Really!" I exclaimed.
"What about 'Youre friend' the Ruiz boy?" He asked. He sounds like teasing me!
"We're fine! Why are you opening that topic again and again!" I asked in irritation.
Gosh! He's getting into my nerves!
Why is he always put that incident back! I know that he cares for me but i'm not pleased if he always open that topic.
"I didn't say a thing, i'm just wondering how's your friend. Why so guilty?" Sabi nya na nakataas ang kilay.
Marahas akong bumuntong hininga at matalim syang tinignan.
"Gosh!" He just chuckled at my reaction. I swallowed and look away. I just continue eating.
Maaga ako'ng nagising sa linggo.
