"Hey" He smiles. "I haven't seen you in a while. You doing better?" He asks.
"Yea.... Much" I smile back. "Sorry to cut this short but I kind of need to leave so dean doesn't see me. Please don't tell him I was here." I pled. His smile fades and all he does in nod.
"Thank you." I pause and smile. "It was nice seeing you." I turn around to walk out the door when I hear my name again.
"Wait winter." He says.
"Yea?"
"I think you two should talk, I mean you don't really know what's been happening around here and I know you know he mis-"
"He has a girlfriend grey." I say soft, both our smiles drop. "He's with her. He doesn't want me. It hasn't been long since I woke up from coma. I just found out a couple of days ago." I sigh.
"If he's happy with her I'm happy for him. I know what he went through before he met me and I just want him to be happy. We all go through heartbreak. At least one point in our lives we should. I guess this is my time. I'll get over it. I'll find someone. We just graduated. Im only 18. He still one of my bestfriends, even if we don't talk." I look over to the empty seat where dean was siting.
"I will always love him." I let a tear slide down my eye and grey frowned.
"Well I miss you." He paused. "We need to meet up. Go out have fun, okay?" He smiles and pulls me in for a hug.
"Yea." I laugh. "It was nice seeing you." I say again as I walk out the doors. I take a breath. I could hear him yell deans name as the door shut. I again wiped a tear.
"New" I tell myself "New"
I look at my clock remembering I'm meeting Blake at the bowling alley at 3. I smiled and started to walk back to my apartment.
I finished drinking my coffee on the way back. When I opened the door I saw Emma on the couch. She was reading, her face was straight. All she was focused on was the book. I could see a try tear from where I was standing. Her cheek reflected off of the sunlight coming through the window. Something must of happened.
"Um hey... what happened with Luke?" I ask starling her.
"Apparently it was an ex girlfriend from along time ago. She wanted him back." She scoffs.
"He went there to explain he was in a relationship. I still don't get why he couldn't of just told her that over text but he told me they had been best friends when they were little and he thought that telling her in person would be better. I told him I needed a break." She pauses.
"He said he loved me again, and again" she pauses. "And again." She smiles.
"I told him I needed a day to process but that I love him and after today we could resume to where we were."
"That's good! See, I give good relationship advice." I laugh. "Ooh! I could be a counselor!" We both laughed. We talked for a while. Caught up on everything. Some of it was sad. Some of it was funny. Some of it, most of it, though was about Ashley and Tessa.
I haven't spoken to them since I woke up. I've been with Emma or Blake. I mean I haven't been awake long. Not long at all. I didn't even think about it. I did want to see them. I started to doze off a little I was tired. I had gotten a lot of sleep last night and I was still tired. I changed again. Into just a oversized grey sweatshirt and black short shorts. I then sighed and went to my room. I set a alarm clock for 1:30 and went to sleep.

It went by fast. It felt liked I blinked and a second later I was up. It was 1:45 when I heard the alarm. I guess I slept through it. I was still tired and ugh it was annoying. I yawned and rubbed my eyes. By the time I actually got out of bed it was 2:00. I didn't think I would need much time to get ready. The ride there is 15 minutes and all I needed to do was put together an outfit.
