A breath, focused and small
A thought, not dwelled on at all
A stretch, to straighten the back
A smile, to confidently crack
A sigh, indicating relief
A wish, reflecting belief
A note, to think about some time
A hum, to engage the world's rhyme
A whistle, filled with joy
A splash, made by a koi
A glance, at the garden scene
A comfort, from the entire thing
Having satisfied the mind
Harmony supplied in kind
Happiness ensured today
Healthiness in the same way
