Want not to say goodbye
Be decisive and ask why
A temple closed in your mind's eye
Met halfway between spider and fly
A breach of silence spells the end
Parts the door to your friend
Maybe they, a helping hand will lend
To the broken fences mend
The trust is broken, like your heart
The new beginnings will not restart
Communication torn forever apart
One last item in the cart
A destiny that arrives too late
The twisted wind doesn't promise fate
Surrendered love and absorbed hate
Opportunity to close the gate
Swinging around in your mind
The rarest gift, the precious find
Soon again, your time unwind
Fate rewards you with a bind
Want not to say hello
But ask why the seasons come and go
The sidewinder slithers to and fro
Your decision has made it so
