Lord Carnavan strode purposefully towards London town.
It was teeming rain.
He ignored it.
Lamps illumned the cobbled road.
He saw the Vampires. Men, women, children. They were all turned. But he didn't know who turned them?
He was evil-but he was not that evil. He knew that whover the new Master was-he was very powerful: he had some leads.
There was Count Ferenc and Count Bloodstone.
Both were power-hungry; both were evil.
He looked around.
He saw a mist.
Vampires came towards him.
"Why are you here?" one of them asked.
"BEGONE!" Lord Carnavan yelled.
The Vampires hissed-but never moved.
They stood sentinel-like, as if they were the new Master Vampires' guards. Lord Carnavan smiled. He bared his fangs.
But fighting 30 Vampires now would mean death. But to stop this madness he had to kill them-then he would see the Master Vampire...then he would kill him.
