6: Treasure hunt

It was midnight, You were fast asleep on the couch you've been sitting on, waiting for kokichi. You wanted to ask him where he was but he took to long. Around 12:10, a certain purple haired boy snuck in

"Y/nnn..? I'm homeee..! Are you still awake?" He whisper yelled, quietly looking around. He peered over the couch and saw you peacefully sleeping, a small shot of guilt shot though the boy. He gently poked your cheek
"Y/n? Hey" he called, you groaned and rolled over, some of your hair falling in front of your face. He smiled softly

"Ah well, guess we can't talk tonight." he shrugged to himself, a slight yawn escaping his lips. He went over and got you a blanket and pillow to be more comfortable, since he didn't want to wake you. Afterwards he went off to bed.

The next morning you felt the sun in your eyes, You groaned and you slowly opened them. You saw you were still on the couch but covered up
"Did kokichi come home..?" You ask yourself, sitting up and rubbing your eyes

"Indeed I did!" A voice chirped from the kitchen, you glanced over and saw kokichi making..something. he walked over to you
"How'd you sleep? You looked soooo peaceful!" He said, handing you a cup of coffee. You took it and looked at him questioningly

"Um..I slept fine. Where were you?" You asked taking a small sip, It was exactly how you liked it. Kokichi hummed

"Welll, I was doing something. Something beyond what you've seen me do, I'm planning something really big so" he stood back up and walked over to the kitchen. You gave a slightly annoyed look.. you knew he was lying but what did he mean? He usually took it easy on you with the lies and what not. You took another sip of your coffee, with a stern look on your face while you thought about what he meant. After a good minute or two kokichi came out with (F/B/F), and a small bowl of oatmeal for him. He sat down at the end of the couch and handed you your food

"Here you go! Just a little apology for keeping my sweet friend waiting for me~" he cooed, you set your cup on the ground and stared at the food.
"Welllll? Are you just gonna stare at it?" He teased. You shrugged

"Maybe I am" kokichi pouted

"I worked hard to make that! Eat it!" He demand. You giggled slightly

"Alright alright Haha"
You took a bite of it and It was surprisingly decent. Kokichi wasn't one to be good at cooking, always messing up or making a mess and sometimes adding stuff of his own to try and make it better also, fire. But this time he did a good job

"Wow kokichi.. It's really good" you complement. the boy looks over at you, nodding and smiling because he was stuffing his face. You chuckled and counted eating. After you two were done you offered to take the dishes out but kokichi stopped you

"Let me do it! I've been doing responsible things all morning, don't stop me now~" he asked, puppy eyes and all. Also a face covered in food, geez..he really was a boy
You didn't know why he wanted to do all this but he shook your head

"Come on kokichi, You did all this at least let me clean up. Besides" you took your thumb a gently grazed it ageist kokichi's messy face, rubbing off some of the food
"You need to wash your face haha" kokichi stared at you and put his hand to where you touched it, kinda in a daze. He snapped out of it and smiled

"Hmm.. Ok! If you insist!" He then skipped off to the bathroom. You chuckled to yourself, geez that boy. You went over to the kitchen and started your work. You had to be honest, you were kinda obsessed with cleaning. When you got started on cleaning something you didn't stop till it was done, Since kokichi was always so messy you cleaned up after him, maybe that's why. You hummed to yourself as you scrubbed the plates but was interrupted by two small hands going over your face
