"You can say that again." I muttered sarcastically. That earned me the famous Day scowl from him.

He got up from his bed and I realized that he had no shirt on. I really hoped that he will put a shirt on, because I won't be able to concentrate on anything if he doesn't put that six pack away. I watched the muscles in his shoulders and back ripple as he reached to get a shirt, much to my dismay, from his closet. He threw it on in one swift movement and came back to his bed where I sat in shock from seeing him shirt-less. I really need to get a grip, there is no way I'm his type. Heck, I shouldn't even be thinking these traitorous thoughts!

"Be serious Electra," oh right, I was in trouble with him " with one glance at you I can tell that you have gone through some changes. And since you are past the puberty phase, I'm guessing that the shot had something to do with these changes?"

"The same thing can be said about you Day, your taller and more muscular, if that's even possible! Look Day, these changes haven't harmed us yet, but we don't know when the changes stop! What if we sprout horns from our heads, or if we-" Day cut me off from my rant with his hand covering my mouth. I glared at him, not done with my rant.

After making sure I wasn't going to freak out on him again, he slowly took his large calloused hand from my mouth. "I don't know when this is going to stop. But we should probably start looking for answers instead of sitting on our arses all day."

A chuckle left my lips at his use of the British curse word. "And how do you suppose we look for answers?"

"The library."

After an hour of convincing Days mom that we need to catch up on homework at the public library, she let us go after stuffing a few sandwiches down our throats. I love the women, but she can go all mamma bear and there will be no escaping from her mighty clutches.

Day was now showered and dressed blue jeans, a t- shirt and a leather jacket. As we walked to the library I could catch whiffs of his shampoo and body wash in the cool, crisp wind of fall. A woodsy and the pure scent of Day was an intoxicating mix that was bound to be the undoing of me, on top of other things. Like fuzzy socks and hot chocolate, and of course, regular milk chocolate. I hope I wasn't dripping drool everywhere.

The journey to the library was a silent one, both of use pondering of we were going to find any information with what little information that we have.

We reached the library and Day opened the door for me like a gentlemen. Before today, I would have fallen over in disbelief that he did something kind for someone else besides the girl of the week that he was trying to get into her pants. Of course, it took one half-crooked smile, and that girl was gone.

The library was strangely deserted today, but that was good in our case. We sat down at a computer and waited for it to boot up.

"So how do you suppose we start this whole shenanigans? Google 'mysterious yellow shot that makes you look beautiful'?" I asked sarcastically. Sarcasm is one of the many languages that I speak.

Day threw me an infuriating glance and pulled up Google on the computer. "Well, we might as well try."

That was unexpected. I thought he was going to tell me off and then come up with a genius way to get our answers. Oh well, only one can hope.

After Day typed it in, hundred and hundred of websites came up and I was suddenly excited, ready to get some answers.

Day took on look at the screen and lowered his head to land with an audible thump. "This is going to take forever to sort through all of these websites."

"Well, there is no time like the present!" I said brightly.

He clicked on the first website was a book store and apparently the book title was similar to our Google search. Day clicked the back arrow and then we spent the next several hours clicking and clicking until we thought we hit a jackpot.

"Winchesters Lab" Mused out loud by Day. The whole website was about the lab that was located in New York City and we read a summary on the lab.

"Founded in 2002, Leo Winchester took a small office building and slowly, but surely, built his small empire in Indianapolis, Indiana. When in 2006, the lab started to pick up pace and Mr.Winchester's work was finally getting the recognition that he worked for. He was awarded 1.5 million dollars from the DNA Science Industry to relocate to a bigger and more advance facility to further his work in DNA. Mr. Winchester's lab is now located In New York City and is the biggest science lab in the East Coast."

Day finished reading the summary out loud and turned to look at me. "I think we might just have a lead on this."

(3rd POV)

"Sir, I have just gotten an alert saying that one our internet spiders got a hit in Virginia. What do you want me to do?" A raspy voice that hasn't been used in a long time said.

The Man sat behind a mahogany desk that was free of any type of clutter. He drummed his unusually large hands on his desk, pondering on what step to take now. He has been waiting for this day to happen for a long time. In his mind, he went through all of the possibilities on how to handle this, the question is which one will give him the best ending.

"What website did they end up on?" The Man grumbled.

"Our home website. Their Google search was very strange, it's what notified the spiders in the first place. It was 'mysterious yellow shot that makes you beautiful'. It took the spiders awhile to break through the firewalls and comb through all of the searches, but they discovered the search that was entered yesterday afternoon."

"I suppose we send Drake out to eliminate them. We are about to go nationwide and we cannot afford any risk. Send him out tomorrow and I want him to get this done as soon as possible."

"Yes sir."

As the burly security guard waddled out of the office, The Man stopped him. "And if the person give him any difficulties, have him do whatever it takes." The Man said with a sinister smile on his weathered face.

"I shall inform him sir."

And with that, The Man has set a hurricane of destruction on the two unknowing lives in the small town in Virginia.
