Jimin stares at his phone, more than a little confused. He and Taehyung have opposite schedules today, they won't be seeing each other until late tonight when they get back to the dorms. Tae's text sounds like he wants to eat with him, but there's no way they could do that. He types out a tentative message back.
Chimchim: No?
Taehyung's response is almost immediate.
Taetae: jiminie u need to!!!!! U need ur strength, uve got a busy day!!!!!!!
Jimin purses his lips.
Chimchim: I'll get some now, I promise. Then I gotta go back to practice.
Taetae: ok bb! Good luck, ill see u tonite :)
Chimchim: okie im looking forward to it taehyungie :)
Jimin makes his way over to Hoseok and asks if he wants to grab some lunch. Hoseok grins, wide and bright, and immediately agrees. The older pulls out his phone as they walk out of the studio, making Jimin stop and pose for a selca with him. Jimin does so, and grins when he sees the outcome. With a sheepish smile, he asks his hyung to send the picture to him. Hoseok coos and wraps his arm around Jimin's shoulders as they head down the sidewalk, saying he'll do so when they get to the restaurant. They head to a quaint little joint a block or so away. It's not usually super busy, so they have a lower chance of being recognized.
They walk in and the sweet ajumma greets them immediately, sitting them in a little booth away from the rest of the lunchtime crowd. They place their orders and she smiles as she jots them down, making a little small talk before she heads back to the kitchens. Jimin and Hoseok chat idly as they wait for their food. After he receives the selca from Hoseok, Jimin opens up his message thread with Taehyung and sends it to him with a short little caption.

Chimchim: grabbing lunch with hobi hyung <3
Taetae: aw cuuute~ wish i was there :(
Chimchim: me too but ill see u aaand yoongi hyung tonight
Chimchim: then we can cuddle and talk abt our day and stuff :3
Taetae: yay dat sounds great <3
Their food is brought out not too long after that. As Jimin eats he thinks about the seemingly random text. The more he thinks the more paranoid he gets. Yoongi had been pretty adamant about making sure he eats well, ever since he complained about weigh ins and going hungry and stuff...did that have anything to do with it? Jimin makes sure Hoseok is engrossed in his food before he pulls his phone again.
Chimchim: hey tae?
Jimin eats a little as he waits for Taehyung to respond. Even though they had just been talking Tae has a busy day and it's likely he can't even check his phone now. But luck seems to be on his side as Taehyung messages back a few minutes later.
