Cleo groans and picks up her phone

Hello?

Um hey it's me Dom

Cleo immediately sits up then checks the time

It's 3 in the morning, are you okay

I got into a huge argument with my dad so I decided to call you like you said

Oh shit um where are you?

I'm sitting outside my house my dad is still raging

I'm coming

You don't have to i just wanted to hear your voice

Well I don't care I'm coming to see you

Cleo said then hung up

Her mom was passed out on the couch so she just left

She finally reached Dominic's house and saw him sitting at the curb with his face in his hands

She runs over to him and stands in front of him

"Dom?"

She says he looks up at her with eyes full of tears she can see the pain in his eyes

He stands up and she pulled him into a big hug and he cried in her arms

She lifts his head and wipes the tears off his face

"What did he say dom"

He looked down

"He called me a mistake and he said he wasn't proud of who I am and that I shouldn't be interested in music because it'll get me no where-"

"Dominic listen to me he's lying to you music can get you so far I mean look at queen and all these amazing rock bands I mean Freddie mercury's father was the same way at look at how big queen was and still is don't let him bring you down you don't deserve to feel like this you are too talented to let a few sentences bring you down Dominic because if he doesn't support you and care guess what I do"

Cleo says he looked at her a cracked a small smile

"I mean it Dom, here lets go get slushes my treat"

Cleo added he nodded and they went to 7/11

Cleo got both of them the biggest size slushes and they when to a one of Cleo's favourite spots under an abandoned bridge

And they were sat down on one of the benches

"Thank you for this for everything"

Dom said

"It's no problem"

They both started to lean in and he kissed her softly on the lips

She pulled back and bit her lip

"I like you a lot, and I have no clue what it is about you Cleo but I'm really really into you"

Dom said, Cleo's eyes sparkled even in the night and without a word or an answer she just kissed him again

Their foreheads were pressed against each other's, she caresses his cheek and smiled

Cleo decided to sleep at Dominic's house they got in his room laughing about some joke the Dom said

Then when they got in his mom was sitting there waiting for him

"Mom! What are you doing here its late"

He said

"I know but honey you were out for an hour and a half I was worried"

His mom said

"Well you don't need to I just needed some air"

He said

"And who is this?"

She said

"She's my um..."

He stumbled because they never really confirmed what they were, but then Cleo holds his hand and says

"Girlfriend, I'm his girlfriend nice to meet you miss"

She looks at him and smiles

"Well nice to meet you too sweetheart, are you going to be staying with Dominic"

She asks kindly

"Well if that's okay with you of course"

She replied

"Of course it's okay with me, besides it's too late for you to walk home...well I'm going to get some sleep just wanted to make sure you came home honey"

She says putting her hand on Dominic's cheek and squeezing it

"Nice meeting you miss"

"Nice meeting you too um-"

"Cleo"

"Ahh Cleo what a beautiful name well have a good night Cleo"

She says walking back upstairs

"Do you think she likes me"

Cleo asks

"She already loves you I can tell I don't know how but she does"

He says Cleo smiled brightly

"But you're my girlfriend?"

"Well if you want me to be"

Then he grabbed her by the waist and pulled her closer

"Of course I do"

He says then he kissed her, she giggled which Dominic found so adorable

Then Dom let Cleo borrow a over sized band t-shirt to wear to bed and they both fell asleep
