Cleo woke up to Dominic strumming his guitar and humming
She stood up and rubbed her eyes then walked over to him
"Good morning beautiful"
He said smiling at her she walked over to him and put her hands around his neck and he put his arms around her waist
"So we can do this now?
Dominic asked
"Yes"
Cleo said as she leaned in a kissed him then she pulled back and smiled
"What were you playing?"
She asked
"Slow dancing in the dark by Joji"
He said Cleo's face lit up
"I fucking love Joji! Play it"
She says pulling up a chair
He smiled and started to sing

He asked her then she put her hand on his cheek and kissed him

He hugged her good bye and she went inside
Her mom was sitting at the dining table with a cigarette and a glass of scotch
"Where were you all night"
Her mom said Cleo could feel the anger and tension in the air
