Snowglobes. There are snowglobes all over their apartment.
Also candles. Candles and snowglobes. And paper snowflakes. And tiny evergreen branches that Zatanna pots. And home-grown poinsettias. And it's very romantic.
Raquel loves learning about other cultures and their holidays and traditions, and they both love presents and Zatanna loves decorating, so they make it a point to (respectfully) celebrate ALL the holidays every year.
Zatanna vaguely remembers celebrating Hannukah with her mother before she died. It hurt too much to celebrate any holidays after her mother died, and Zatanna and her father basically cut any religion out of their lives out of grief. But now that she's lost both her parents and yet found a new family with Raquel, Baby Ami, and the team/League, she savors the familial connection that comes with any holidays.
Raquel volunteers at the library to read holiday stories to all the kids. She's the prefect narrator, with the most amazing dramatic voice. Zatanna has several recordings of her performances for when Ami is being fussy.
Picking out the worst/best/most itchy holiday sweaters for each other OF COURSE
Cooking! Lots of cooking. They're both terrible at it, but once in a while something edible come out of it, and that's all they make for the rest of the season. Because of this, Ami has a stomach of iron and eats anything his mommies put in front of him. Which may or may not have included Zatanna's wand and Raquel's Cooperative tech belt.
They got out to cut down a live tree every year. They put effort into this. Well, as much as two full-time superheros and full-time college students can (thank goodness for Wayne/Queen Foundation Scholarship for Extraordinary Individuals, amiright?)
They're addicted to gift shopping. The guilt goes away when it's shopping for someone else, right? Plus, it's the holidays! You're supposed to be giving! Sometimes they get presents for their villains, too. (One year Klarion got a loaf of burnt fruitcake).
Taking forever to get Ami to look at the camera to take the perfect holiday card picture. They celebrate Christmas in the morning (Santa's presents and a huge Breakfast) with Raquel's mom and grandmother, and Icon comes too.
For lunch, they all go to the local soup kitchen to serve food and hand out presents. They may not be Wonder Woman, but it's their own little Christmas miracle to see the kid's faces light up the way they do when they get to meet not one, but two real, live, superheroes!
Then they head up to the Watchtower for Secret Santa gift exchanges with the team and the League (Zatanna got Nightwing a new pair of shades, Raquel got Wally a pair of Superman socks with little capes on them)
Drinking too much eggnog and end up sloppily kissing under Wally's mistletoe.
Sitting in the apartment fire escape with Amistad on New Year's Eve, bundled up in fifty blankets with cider and hot chocolate as they watch the fireworks (and add their own little flair)
