"Bro! What's with the look? Hahaha para kang papatay." Ivo chuckled at hinagilap kung saan nakatingin si Andrius habang tumutungga ito beer.
"Hey Andrius! Let's dance!" Trisha tried to pull him pero hindi natinag si Andrius sa kinauupuan nito. He's busy watching his wife na mahinhing ngumingiti at nakikipag-usap sa mga lalaking classmates nito nung college.
She's not even smiling at me!
Andrius clenched his fist at muling napatungga ng beer when one of the guy put his arm on the backrest of Gretel's seat at ngayo'y parang nakaakbay na ito sa asawa niya.
"Whoah! Whoah! Whoah! Is that Gretel the great?" Ivo gasped.
Andrius eyed him furiously na hindi naman napansin ng kaibigan.
"You know her?" He tried to calm his voice.
"Who doesn't know her? I mean galing kang America so it's understandable. Sino naman ang hindi nakakakilala sa kanilang magkakapatid at magpipinsan? They are just dominating the world of business! Especially Gretel, she handled the three biggest firm all by herself just after graduating college. I heard she received tons of marriage proposal since she was 12."
"That was so exaggerated!" Maarteng sabi ni Trisha dito.
"What else do you know?" Andrius clenched his jaw.
"Well, she's smart, she's hot yet cold. You know what I mean---" Natigilan si Ivo ng mapansin ang masamang tingin ni Andrius sa kanya.
"Continue and I'll kill you right here, right now." He hissed.
"W-Whoah! Bro! Why so serious?! Don't tell me may gusto ka sa kanya?!"
Andrius just glared at him at tinuloy ang pagtungga ng beer.
"Bro! Alam kong matinik ka sa chix but not Gretel, baka nga hindi ka nun pansinin. She doesn't talk to people she doesn't know personally." Tapik ni Ivo sa balikat niya.
"You like that girl? Hindi naman siya maganda." Trisha smirked pero hindi siya pinansin ni Andrius.
"GIRL, you should dance!" Kelly laughed. Gretel is starting to get uncomfortable, lasing na si Kelly kaya hindi na ito nakakapag-isip ng matino.
"Come on Gretel, let's dance!" Theo pulled her up. Theo used to be the Vice President of the Student Council kung saan si Gretel ang President sa halos buong college life niya. Kaya maliban sa mga kapatid at pinsan niya, si Theo ang pinakanakakasama niya.
They just lost communication when they graduated college.
Sumama siya kay Theo sa dance floor. She feels safe with Theo dahil hindi naman ito nanligaw sa kanya. He never showed interest on her.
