"Oh well. Who do we have here?"

Jungkook gritted his teeth in irritation as he clenched his fists. His long fingernails were sinking deep within his palms that would probably leave marks.

Why the hell is this demon lurking in the human world?

"Lux, what the fuck do you think you are doing?" Jungkook angrily growled.

"I didn't expect you to find me this soon, King," Lux said, a grin etched on his monstrous face. It looked terrifying. If a normal person sees it, they would probably faint in shock.

"Are you that stupid? Of course I'll immediately be notified of your whereabouts. Has your time in prison caused you to be senile?" Jungkook asked with disgust and a scoff. He then continued, "So what's all the ruckus? How the hell did you got out?"

"That's none of your concern. Leave me alone." Lux grunted. "I still have to entertain my little beauty."

Taehyung could not listen to them any longer. He snorted and rolled his eyes. "Have you finished bickering? If so, then I'll take my leave."

Jungkook glanced at Taehyung. He was too preoccupied with his rage against Lux that he didn't notice the golden-haired boy.

"What... What are you doing here?" Jungkook was perplexed.

"I should be asking that. Are you his accomplice?" Taehyung retorted with a snort. His expression was a mess and he looked annoyed. Well, who wouldn't be annoyed if you were just minding your own business and you suddenly got kidnapped?

"No way in hell!" Jungkook blurted.

"Wow, I am offended. I was once your servant, King. Aren't we still old pals?" Lux teased as he fake cried.

Taehyung unknowingly shivered and thought, ''This monster looks so ugly. Bleurgh.'

"You're not my friend, asshole," Jungkook sneered. "I should have killed you before."

"You're so heartless," Lux replied sarcastically, slowly making his way to Taehyung.

"Why are you getting close to me, you bastard? Do you want to get your ass beaten?" Taehyung said, his hands were gradually becoming cold as he was preparing to attack.

"Don't you dare lay a hand on him!" Jungkook yelled, rage was seething on him as he attack Lux with no mercy.

Lux was a bit too late to dodge his attack and his whole arm was blasted by Jungkook's attack, turning it into ashes.

Lux couldn't helped but smirk. Damn, I could have died.

Taehyung, on the other hand, was sprawled on the floor as a result of the attack's ferocity. His expression was befuddled.

"Is he not human?" Taehyung mumbled.

Jungkook glanced at Taehyung worriedly as he saw him on the floor. He helped him stood up as he apologized. "I'm sorry I didn't control my powers."

Taehyung looked at his crimson eyes and said, "I'm fine. I don't need your help."

Jungkook thought, 'My poor darling must have been terrified. I swear I will kill Lux. How dare he touch my precious sweetheart.'

Kim Taehyung, the ice king, was obviously not terrified. No creature in this planet can make him shiver in fright, unless they are ugly. He will definitely shiver in disgust.
