Lele's POV

Thankfully, Xander wasn't the type of guy who would really beat someone up. He just grabbed my arm, pushed Juanpa back, and pulled me outside. Juanpa didn't follow.

"What was that?" He asked once we were out with Hannah and Twan. "He grabbed my wrist and..." I shielded my eyes, feeling embarrassed. "I sawyt, I know, it's okay," Xander said and gave me a hug. Hannah nodded and joined us. "Thanks, it's just..."

I still like Juanpa. Of course I didn't say it, but I still felt a connection between us.

"I'm tired, can we head home?" I asked them, and they all approved.

Twan made a sharp turn on the intersection. "Do you want me to talk to him for you?" He asked, and looked back slightly. "It's-It's okay," I told him, but it wasn't. I looked over at Xander, who as sitting silently by my side. "You okay?"

"Not really," he replied, and looked over at me. We made eye contact, and I could see the worry in his look. "What's wrong?" I asked him, and put my hand on his cheek. "It's just, I'm nervous about Juanpa," he told me, looking away again. "I don't want him to find you and do that like he did."

"Don't think about it," I said and kissed his forehead. "I'll make sure he leaves me alone." "I can't!" He said. "Lele, I'm really scared about what he does again!"

It was my turn to be quiet. "I can give you his number, but promise me that all you will do, is calmly call him and question his action. Don't mention abhor." He nodded.
