Lele's POV

"I thought she hated him," I told Hannah. We were sitting on my bed, the door shut. "When we visited his grandparents' house, she was yelling at him completely."

"Wait, why was she at Jack's grandparents' house?" Hannah asked, her head tilted slightly. "She helped out with Marla." I said, and Hannah nodded. "I understand why you're upset, this situation is absurd!"

It had been nearly a year. Jack was put into jail in June, 2017, and it was late May. Things were getting out of hand. "Do you think we should go clear things up with him?" Hannah suggested after a moment of silence. I wanted to give her a shocked expression, but at the same time it was a good idea.

"I guess..." I said, and she left to go to her apartment and get some things. I hesitated, but got up and picked an outfit.

A longsleeve yellow shirt, two black stripes on the wrist, a plain black hat, black skinny jeans, and my trusty white converse. Somehow they were still clean.

I grabbed my phone and rushed down the stairs, out of my apartment, and down to Hannah's door.

I knocked. "Hey." Twan smiled as he opened the door.  "Hi, is Hannah ready yet?" I asked and pointed in the direction of their room. "Yep!" Hannah came jogging down the stairs, orange camo jeans and an orange crop-sweatshirt with her hair in a bun. Iconic Hannah outfit, I thought.

She slipped on her black, ankle high boots with already prepared laces and smiled at me. "Bye, we'll be back!" She said to Twan, giving him a quick kiss and we were on our way. "I know we smiled and all, but I'm still kinda not happy about this." I said.

"I know," Hannah replied. "But think about the goods things that will happen when this works." I gave a small laugh. "You just know this is going to work?" I asked and Hannah smiled.

"Yes, he's gonna leave you alone."
