I found myself in Ryan’s room since we agreed that we needed more privacy than the park. I came here after I realized he had called and texted me a million times yesterday to see if I was okay.
“My dad completely freaked out on me yesterday” I started.
Ryan noticed the bruise on my face and my bruised wrist.
“Other than your crazy dad, what happened to you?” he said as he pointed to my bruises.
I completely forgot to cover them. It took me a while to answer him; I was scared of his response.
“He did that…” I finally admitted.
“What? I’m going over there right now Jodie!” he said angrily.
I’ve never saw him angry before, it was sort of… sexy.
“I don’t need you to fight my own battles Ry, I knocked him out”, “I’m not sure if he’s okay I just left”
Ryan didn’t reply, he kissed my bruises, sending a trail of chills down my spine.
After Ryan had found out about the accident, we didn’t leave his room that day. We watched TV, told each other about past experiences and even played a few video games.
“Wanna play truth or dare?” He asked.
“Sure” I quickly answered, not thinking about what’s going to happen next.
“Ladies first”
“Truth or dare” I asked him, trying to think about what I’ll ask or dare him.
“Truth” he said.
“Hm.. are you a virgin?” I asked.
“No, are you?” He answered, he didn’t seem embarrassed.
“Yes” I said trying not to let my blushing be too obvious.
“When do you plan on breaking it?”
“I don’t know, when I find the right person I guess” I said, this time I felt comfortable.
He didn’t reply, he just looked at me in this way I can’t explain. Sort of a “I want you” or “I’m the right one Jodie” Either one, I’d fully agree to.
After playing truth or dare we were getting bored and it was approaching night.
“Do you live alone?” I asked.
“No, my parents are on vacation for six weeks, I didn’t want to go, so they basically left me here with money and food and other necessities”
“Oh, how cool! I’m actually here for three weeks” I said.
“Aw, what a bummer, I actually started to like your company” He said as he lifted my chin.
“I like your company too”
“I love you Jodie...” He said softly, our faces now inches apart.
I leaned in, he followed to suit. He kissed me, the moment I have finally been waiting for. He licked my bottom lip asking for entrance, our tongues moved together as if they were fit for each other.
“I love you too Ryan” I whispered as I pulled away.
