Destined- A SasuNaru Fan-fiction

~Chapter 1~

~Read the author's note before this or you'll be very confused~

     My eyes spring open from the radiating light invading my room forcing me to wake. I groan at the realization of responsibilities today, first I have to go to school then go to work at McDonald's! Lovely, time to earn some stress!
I get out of bed and get my uniform for both school and work. I change into my school uniform and created two braided pigtails using my golden long hair. My reflection disappointingly stared at me, "I know I don't look all that hot, I'm flat, stubby, and have the face of zero sleep."
     I walked out of the bathroom and grabbed my orange backpack and walked out of the house. I didn't bother to eat knowing it wouldn't suffice my large appetite. I lock my door and jump onto my bike. I release the brake and begin my stroll towards Shinobi High School. My braids chase back after me when a kind voice speaks my name.
     I turn my head to see Hinata waving and running to me, "Hey, how was your summer?" I said. "Great! Neji, my family, and I bonded, it was great!" I never understood how she could give out a natural smile and be happy. I never knew how to do that.
-FLASHBACK-
My body was being covered with a layer of bruises and scars because of the other student. "Hey loser, don't pass out already! This was just a warm-up!" the students laughed and proceeded to hurt me.
"Hey stop that!" The students turned around to a girl with black hair, faint purple eyes,about our age trembling. "You're being mean to her! I don't think you'd like it if people were to torment you!" The students looked at her as if she was their prey. "Hey, how 'bout this, shut up and you don't get hurt!" They returned to the job they've started and began kicking me again.
The black haired girl grabbed a student and slapped them. We all stared in awe, a small innocent girl quickly turned to violence. "Stop! What you're doing isn't right!" The other student tackled her to the ground and held her up toward the slapped student. He brought his first back, "Stop, she doesn't have anything to do with this, so leave her alone." "Wow, you are an idiot! Did you not just see her slap me?"
The black hairstudents quickly escaped the grasp of the students and grabbed my arm dragging me away from them. We went to a bathroom and hid in a stall. "Hi, my name is Hinata!" I stared at her confused, "Why did you help me?" "That's simple, bullying isn't right!" She smiled at me with a faint color of pink on her cheeks. I smiled, "My name is Naruko, nice to meet you."
-END OF FLASHBACK-
Well, whenever I'm with her things are different. She's always so kind it softens my heart. I dismount my bike and walk the rest of the path to school with Hinata. On the way to Shinobi High, my eyes realize a familiar figure. "Naru look! It's Sasuke!" I begin to look the other direction, "C'mon Naru! You know you love him!" "Hinata stop, even if I did show him affection he'd reject it! He doesn't know who I am! Please just stop."
    Hinata's smile begins to fade and she nods. I look up in the direction of where I last saw Sasuke, he was gone. I sigh and continue to school. By the time we get there, Hinata sees Neji, I give her a nod of approval to go. She grins and runs to Neji.
     I walked over to a railing and left my bike there. I turn around to go to my locker but bump into someone and collapse on the ground. "Crap, sorry I should watch where I'm going next time huh? I'm so sorry." I tilt my head back to see who the student was, frick. "It's fine, I should also watch where I go." Sasuke extended his hand out, I reject his offer and walk away from him. I feel his gaze and everyone else's on me.
     I turn the corner to go to my locker, I insert the key and open the metal door. I drop off a generous amount of journals and binders so my back doesn't ache. I close the door receiving the loud bang and return my lock to its home.
     I begin walking to my first period, I enter the classroom filled with students. I trot over to the first available desk I see with no thought of who is close and sit down. I place my backpack next to me and hear the deep voice of a student. "Hi." I hesitantly look up and saw Sasuke sitting next to me.
     A faint red invades my cheeks. I ignore him and begin taking out necessary supplies. "You know its rude to ignore people." I stare at the front of the class waiting for the teacher to come and be my savior. Sasuke smirked and turned to face the front of the class too.
     Mr.Kakashi entered the room and began class.
-TIME SKIP AFTER SCHOOL-
     I opened my locker and grabbed my bright red McDonald's uniform. I go to the girl's restroom and enter a stall. I begin to strip my embarrassing school uniform off and replacing it with my McDonald's uniform. Two girls enter the restroom and I can tell who they are by the obnoxious voices I hear.
     "Did you see Sasuke today, he was so dreamy!" "Ino are you an idiot, he's always hot!" The two begin to giggle. How am I going to get out without being noticed! I stuffed my school uniform into my pack and zipped it closed. I see Sakura and Ino's feet shuffle towards me, crap.
     Sakura knocks on the stall door, "Who's in there? Come out!" I stayed silent and didn't move. "You'll be forced to get out later! Just show who you are!" Ino said followed by a giggle. I'm going to be late to work at this rate!
     I burst out of the stall and began running out of the bathroom. Sakura and Ino followed swiftly as I pushed through the other students. I push the door open and grab my bike, I release its brake and pedal quickly. I hear my name being called from Sakura angrily, a grin slithers across my face.
-AT WORK-
     I opened the staff door and saw Hinata waiting for me in a chair. "You got here a bit later, come you'll work at the drive-thru today." I sigh, it's not as bad as the register, it requires less human interaction but whatever. I sigh and grab a headpiece and place it on my head. I look out my window and see there's no cars. A smirk appears and I lean against the window happily.
     I close my eyes for a little bit then, "Are you kidding? This is so dumb! This coupon should work! Are you blind it hasn't expired!" "Ma'am I'm sorry, but the coupon expired last week." "Last week my ass! Just accept it, it hasn't been too long!" I look over to the direction of the commotion. Hinata, she's being yelled at by Ino. "Hinata, please just be a dear and accept the coupon! You know as a student it's expensive, I need money to save!" Hinata was shaking, "Ma'am I'm sorry it's the policy, we don't accept expired coupons."
     Ino clenched her teeth, "Hinata I'm done with you!" A hand full of cups flew at Hinata, she raised her arm trying to block them. I walk over to Hinata, "You okay?" She gave me a sheepish grin and smiled, "Yeah, they're just a couple of cups!" How? How are you always so positive? I frown as I hear a ring indicating a customer is outside, "Gotta serve now!" I press a button on the headpiece allowing me to communicate with the customer, "Hi, welcome to McDonald's, tell me whenever you're ready!"
-AFTER WORK-BACK HOME-
     I swing my backpack over my shoulder and onto the floor. I retrieve my school uniform and place it in my closet. I change into my orange jacket and sweatpants and let my hair down. I turn on my faucet and splash my face with water. I lift my head and looked in the mirror, "Good luck tomorrow." I grin and exit the bathroom. I pounce onto my bed and grab my phone.

     I turn off my phone and place it on my nightstand. Welp, today was eventful...
