Happy Thanksgiving! (TH)

Your POV

Tom and I were going to have thanksgiving with both our families.

We invited them to our house and they were all bringing something.

I was assigned to make the desserts.

Which was really my specialty.

I made a bunch of cookies, creme brûlée, cupcakes, pumpkin pie, apple pie, blueberry pie.

Ok I kinda went overboard.

BUT ITS THANKSGIVING.

As I was making the last batch of cupcakes a pair of arms wrap around my waist.

"Hey love," Tom says

"Hi Tommy." I say

He kisses my cheek and watches as I pour the batter into the cupcake tin.

"Are you excited?" He asks

"Yes! We get to bond with our families and then tell them the exciting news!" I say and point to the thing on the counter.

"Yep." He says

"I'm so excited." He says

"Same." I reply.

I grab the cupcake tin after all the batter is gone.

I turn around to the oven and Tom waddles begins me still hugging my waist.

I open the oven door and a wave of heat comes out.

I scrunch my nose up and carefully place the tin into the oven.

I close the oven door and then turn around and hug Tom.

"I love you." I say

"I love you too." He replies

We let go of each other and I clean up the kitchen.
Tom helps by washing the dishes while I dry them.

I changed into a nice outfit.

(Whatever  you want.😂)

The doorbell rings.

"Tom they're here!" I exclaim.

"I got the door." He yells and I head downstairs.

"Hey!" He says
I get to the door and see the Holland's.

Dom, Nikki, Harry,Sam and Paddy.

Tessa comes running down the stairs and starts licking Paddy.

"Hey Tess!" He says scratching her behind the ears.

We all hug and we head to the living room to talk.

"So how's acting been Y/n?" Nikki asks

"It's been great! It's a lot of fun but quite stressful due to memorizing lines, all the makeup. Everything's kinda crazy but I enjoy it." I say

"How's the studio going?" I ask

"Great! An adorable couple came in the other day and they had the cutest photoshoot with their kids!" She says clapping her hands together.

I smile and we all keep taking until the doorbell rings again.

"Excuse me." I sag and get up to get the door.

I open the door.

"Hi!" I say

It was my parents, my brother,and my sisters.

I hug them all and they go to the living room.

Then we all start talking again.

"Hello Y/m/n! Nice to see you again!" Nikki says

"Hello Nikki! Nice to see you again too!" She says and they hug.

They all greet each other and then we all got hungry.

So we started eating.

(Say grace if you want to😊)

"So how was the show Dom?" I ask

"It went great! People were laughing everywhere!" He says

"That's great to hear!" I say smiling.

We keep talking about life and how things are going.

Tom looks at me and I nod, knowing what he was thinking.

"So uh, Tom and I have something to tell you." I say and Tom grabs my hand from under the table.

"What is it sweetie?" Dad asks

"We're engaged." Tom and I  say at the same time.

Everyone screams.

Poor Tessa jumped.

I went up to her and calmed her down and then gave her a treat.

Then she was content.

I go back to the table and everyone starts congratulating us.

"Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!" Dom says

"Happy Thanksgiving!" We all reply.

Sorry that was short.
