I sat down on my bed after putting my bag down on the floor next to it.
I took my book out of my backpack and continued reading it.
Yeah I already saw the film first but the book has hidden things. Like parts that aren't in the movie! Or they change stuff.
Like in the book I'm reading, "To All The Boys I've Loved Before." By Jenny Han. I saw the movie on Netflix, but I just got the book and in the book it says Kitty is 9! But in the movie she's 11!
When I finish this book I plan on getting the sequel, "P.S. I still love you." And the conclusion book, "Always and forever Lara Jean."

Someone knocks on my door.
"Come in!" I exclaim.
My mom pops her head in.
"Dinner will be ready soon." She says
"What is it?" I ask not looking up from my book.
"Lasagna." She says
"Ah. Yes. The famous Pepper Potts lasagna my dad absolutely loves!" I exclaim.

Yes. My mother is Pepper Potts, and my father is Tony Stark.
"Is Peter coming?" She asks
I freeze.
Crap.
I forgot.
He's my boyfriend.

I didn't forget he was my boyfriend!

I just... forgot to tell everyone... that he was my boyfriend...

Being an Avenger means everyone's busy most of the time...
And being the youngest Avenger... life was also busy for me. With school and all that.

So... I never really had the time to tell them.
And yet I invited him to dinner with my family.
Everyone still thinks he's my best friend.
I have to tell them tonight.

"Yeah! He is!" I say looking at her.
She smiles.
"Ok! Gotta set up another place for him then." She says and pops back out into the hallway, and out of my room.
Once the door closes, I immediately stand up.

Crap.Crap.Crap.Crap.

HOW WILL THEY REACT?!
I MEAN. I AM DATING SPIDER-MAN!
WILL DAD NOT APPROVE?
WILL HE MAKE US BREAK UP?
SO.MANY.POSSIBILITIES.

I race out of my room and head down the elevator.
I got to the front and Peter was walking in.
I made sure to block out the cameras in the room so no one would be able to watch, or see us.
He runs up to me.
"Hey Babe." He says and means in to kiss me.
Then I push him into the closet.
I close the door behind me after looking around to see if anyone was there.

"Hey.. what's wrong?" He asks
"They don't know." I say
"They don't know what Love?" He asks
"About you... being my... boyfriend..." I say slowly.
His eyes widen.
"What?" He whisper yells
"Never had time to. I'm sorry..." I say while looking at my feet.
He hooks his finger underneath my chin and makes me look at him.
"Babe it's fine... we'll just have to tell them." He says
"I wish it was that easy." I say
He tilts his head in confusion.

Which was flipping adorable.

"When I was in 7th grade... I had a crush on a guy... and I made the mistake of telling them. They literally came for the guy, in their suits, in school, and interrogated him. Asked him if he liked me, what he felt for me, would he take care of me... yeah... it was crazy. And that was just a crush!" I say

"Well then... just have to find the right timing." He says
"Ok..." I sigh.
"Everything will be fine ok?" He says
"Ok." I say smiling.
Then I kiss him and he kisses back and wraps his arms around my waist and I wrap my arms around his neck.
