CHAPTER TWO- COMING CLEAN

Their parents were cuddled up on the couch in the living room, all children except for Katarina and Anastasia were asleep for it being almost 10.

"Mom, Dad can we talk?" Kamden greeted anxiously, he looked back at Holden and he nodded. Mom and Dad straightened out at their sons distressed face. Their mom got up and guided Kamden to sit down. Holden stood by his side like he promised to.

"Of course sweetie, what is it that you want to talk about?" His mom asked, sitting back down with her husband. Kamden's eyes started to well up with tears.

"Mom, Dad I-"  Kamden was promptly cut off by  Sofia's whaling. "I'll check on her." He pushed off telling them once again.

"Okay baby, but when you're done you're coming back, okay?"  His mom reluctantly sighed. He nodded and the twins went upstairs to check on little Sofia. Her (big)baby was clearly distressed and she hated it. She  got up and made him some of his favorite tea, setting it on the coffee table in front of where he was sitting.

Kamden went into little Sofia's Nursery, and picked up the infant; assessing her. She came to the conclusion that all she needed was a diaper change. Holland sat lazily on the rocking chair, watching the two.

He undressed Sofia and changed her diaper. He changed her into new attire since it seems like she was still in her day time clothing. Holden dozed off, which wasn't surprising

"Sof, Kamy has a dilemma." he sighed, and Sofia giggled. "You meanie." He smiled, tickling Sofia's tummy. "Would you think of me any different if I liked guys?" Sofia let out a little shriek, smiling. "I love you baby girl ." He whispered sweetly, rocking her back to slumber. He sang a sweet song to her then placing her back in her crib. He shook Holden awake and gave him a sad smile. He was mentally exhausted with this whole thing and honestly just wanted to get it over with. They went down stairs back to where their parents were.

Kamden sat down where he was and looked at his parents.

"Mom, Dad I like boys." Kamden blurted out as tears rolled down his face.

"You had me worried for a moment. I thought you were in big trouble or something. Honey, we love you so very much. Just because you like boys doesn't mean we love you any less. Wipe away your tears and come here." Dad said, opening his arms.

"Your dad said it all. We love you, no matter who you decide to date."

Kamden walked into their embraces, sobbing. He could've came out a year ago and could've stopped hiding who he was dating from them. Mom wiped away the tears that were falling from his eyes.

"How long have you known baby?" His mom and dad held him close as they talked to him. Holden exited after it went well because he wasn't needed anymore.

"Four years."

"Baby it's horrible that you kept it in for so long. Do you have a boyfriend?"

"Yeah I do. You know him too."He said anxiously.

"Who?" His dad asked.

"Madden."

"I TOLD YOU SO!!" his dad laughed.

"You guys already knew?" Kamden was confused.

"Sorta. Your dad through there was something going on between you two."

"I walked in on you kissing him the one day. I didn't want to assume something because it's normal to be curious." His dad laughed lovingly.

"You should bring Madden for a proper dinner. Maybe we can go to Lorenzo's." Mom suggested.
